My Sales Rep, Jennifer Gruber, is amazing. I have not had customer service like that in years. My old car drove its last mile and died. So, shopping online, I saw a car I liked at Coggins, DeLand Ford. I live in the country and had no way into town. I explained my situation and Ms. Gruber came to my house to pick me up so that I could come to the dealership. Paul was absolutely helpful, friendly, smart and confident, acknowledging everything that I needed and found the truck of my dreams; probably my last vehicle. Here he is standing next to my new wheels at Coggin, the day that I drove it away. Went in to look at a minivan, got Raul as our sales guy. I have to say that I generally detest sales people however Raul was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, helpful, very kind, and overall made the total experience seamless. I highly recommend Raul to anyone looking for a vehicle. (His last name is really long, sorry.)

Our family has bought six new vehicles from the DeLand Ford dealership. The last three from Don Luciano ( hope I spelled it correctly). The service center has been everything from the best I have had the pleasure to do business with to one of the worst over the years. I can't say as to the quality of the service now. I will not use their quick service for oil changes as I have found the service lacking in quality and truth.

I ALWAYS use Coggin Honda in DeLand for my service on my cars. Even though I no longer own a Honda, I still bring my cars here. Their full synthetic oil change is the best price. They usually have a coupon for $15 off, or if you book online. They also use grade 5 synthetic oil. Most don’t know that anything other than grade 4, or 5, “synthetic oil” is not fully synthetic! It can be called synthetic oil if it contains 51% true synthetic oil and 49% is recycled or regular oil is used in the making of “synthetic oil.” So, make sure you know what you are getting when getting your oil changes! It was a real eye opener for me. I always have a good experience with the people who work there. Very professional and courteous. I have waited a little longer than normal on occasion, and that would normally make me rate lower. But, because they are so pleasant, use true synthetic oil, and the best price around, they get 5!

Wonderful car buying experience. Our salesman ,Raul was terrific. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain all the bells and whistles on our new vehicle. All employees we came in contact with were great.

The best service you can get. Service advisors are great. Prices are reasonable for a dealership. People are friendly and outgoing. Service Supervisor is amazing. We actually enjoy taking our Honda CR-V in for service.

Excellent salesman! We just started our quest for the perfect second car. We had a lot of questions about the Sportage. Phil answered them all and made sure what he was saying was correct. It was like he understood that we were looking and not ready to buy. That is amazing!

I bought a 2020 Ford ranger at Coggin in November I had nothing but great times in it so far the ride is a little rough but I think that’s because I have too much air in the tires I wanna get that fixed the staff was very good to work with willing to listen to my needs and wants I had that’s when I bought the truck I had it in for service today again great service definitely recommend it
