I want to begin by saying 5 stars isn’t enough. Beery is THE standard by which we’ll measure all other companies we hire from here forward!
It was a seamless and simple process to set up our estimate. Seth arrived a few minutes early and educated us so well on the process, the products, and costs. He was honest, and answered every question we had. We had never gone through having a roof done. He took time to set us up for success with information and even gave us some great questions to ask other companies. It also struck me that the handshake at the end was very important… my grandfather did his business with his word and a handshake.
Over the next few weeks, it was clear as we interacted with other companies, Beery was different. My husband and I talked over all the estimates - some more, some less in cost. We both agreed that it had to be Beery.
I called, set up a time to sign papers and get the ball rolling. Again, seamless and simple. Seth came by, explained the next steps, and we got the paperwork done for permitting and set up the date for the roof to be done.
Crew arrived a tad early (but we were already up). I went outside so they’d know we were awake. They immediately started pulling their stuff off the trucks and got straight to work at 6:20am. They took great time and care laying tarps and moved a little granite table off the patio that I had forgotten. Even my Hibiscus and Gardenia bushes got the royal tarp treatment (they protected them beautifully)!
Nobody works like this crew: They had the entire roof stripped off and ready for the next phase by 8:15am. I have NEVER seen a crew so organized - like watching an expertly choreographed show. They were the most jovial and hardworking crew!
Delivery of the supplies was fun for my littles to watch (everyone was so nice and welcoming and took time to show them things when they didn’t have to). City Inspector came by while they were laying shingles. He was very happy with the progress and the work.
The crew took the quickest lunch break ever with about 80% of the roof complete. They came back with even more energy and banged the rest of the roof out. Our roof was finished before 3pm and they spent a great deal of time and care cleaning up, using the magnet to get any rogue nails that may have missed the tarps. They blew off the patio and driveway and made sure everything was clean and clear of debris.
City Inspection went smoothly and he was quite happy with it.
To say we are happy is the understatement of the year. We got so much more than we paid for - peace of mind, quality workmanship, attention to detail, integrity, and an experience any other company will be hard pressed to replicate. Plus, my roof is GORGEOUS!

Referred by our neighbor as being the best roofers around. It took only a couple of weeks for an appt.; 1 day and the roof was done and perfect. His pricing was very very reasonable. The grounds around the house were covered so that no debris fell on my plants, bushes, or Air Conditioner. Seth was amazing and his employees worked tirelessly all day; and when everyone was done, our property was so clean. I definitely will recommend them!

We needed a new roof on our cottage, although it wasn't a very big job, Beery Roofing treated it like it was a mansion. They were right on time, they were very good about tarping the surrounding cottage to collect debris and nails. They completed the job approximately 6 hours, and did a thorough job of raking and running the magnet around the perimeter. When Seth came to give a quote he was extremely professional and explained what I needed and what I didn't need to spend money on. For this alone, I more or less had decided to use their company. As a senior person I appreciated his honesty. I would highly recommend Beery Roofing.

I highly recommend Beery Roofing. From the first contact of speaking to Sean Beery, who explained everything about roofing, to his son, Seth, who came out and showed samples of different colored shingles, explained everything thoroughly, as his dad did. He went on the roof, took measurements and had written up a few different scenarios for a proposal. We decided right quick what we wanted after interviewing 6 other companies that did next to nothing, and did ONLY aerial views for measurements. Yesterday when the crew came to do our roof, they did it in one day, as promised. They were great. Beery did a complete roof replacement at my house in Deltona and all went well. They provided prompt responses to all of my questions, quick turnaround on the initial estimate as well. The replacement was completely done on one day and was the day they had scheduled three or four weeks out. They provided assistance with product and color selections handled county permitting as well as the warranty paperwork when the project was complete.
All in all, was a great experience, thanks Beery for a successful roof replacement.

Who would think getting a new roof could be a pleasure? Seth was so fast to respond to any request. He told us just what to expect, answered all question quickly while we reviewed estimates from others, and when he told me they could do it in one day, it sounded too good to be true. Everything he promised came true. The team of workers came in on time and worked hard. They were respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up once they were done. (at 4pm the same day) This is the company to hire when you need your roof replaced. You'll be glad you did!

Seth, Sean, Brenda and the installation team went above and beyond! They provided excellent customer service through the whole process, even with some questions after the install. There were some complications with electrical wires on the roof and Seth was so helpful in navigating that. I’m very happy with my new roof and highly recommend Beery to anyone in the market.

Everything about this company is five stars. This was one of the most stressful times in my life getting a new roof on my home. They were so professional throughout the entire process. The materials were top notch, the customer service for a second to none. And the crew that they had at my house did a beautiful job from start to finish. The cleanup was perfect.

TLDR: We are EXTREMELY happy we chose Beery Roofing for our re-roofing project. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations and made the entire process less stressful.

Let's face it, any roofing project is daunting. It's a critical part of any home and a huge expense when you're faced with replacing it. There are so many components that go into building a solid roof, which can be overlooked if you're not educated such as the type of underlayment and adequate ventilation. When properly installed, these things can extend the life of your roof.

We interviewed and received estimates from 6 roofing contractors. The majority of the estimates were comparable in cost and work scope. There were a few contractors that were mostly interested to see if we were doing an insurance claim, which we advised from the beginning that our project would not be a claim. Ultimately, we ruled out those contractors during our selection process.

Sean Beery, the owner, met with us and was straight forward on his approach. He spent time and went around the house taking measurements of the roof. Many contractors do no do this, but rather use software or satellite imagery to provide an estimate. Sean wrote up his estimate on-site, reviewed it thoroughly with us, and then answered our questions so we had clear expectations on the entire project. He did not try to pressure us into signing or upsell any certain product. He offered his advice, gave us options, and allowed us to make our decision. Sean also has competitive terms where we only provided a small "good faith deposit" to start the project and then the balance paid AFTER the roof was completed to our satisfaction. This was an important deciding factor since we did not have to shell out a huge lump sum with the uncertainty if our roof was even getting done. We've heard horror stories, but not the case here.

Once we signed the contract with Sean, he explained the process and immediately scheduled our install date so we knew exactly when to begin preparing. Communication was transparent and swift.

At the start of our installation, Sean's large crew of 10-15 men and women arrived just after 7am. They wasted no time by immediately unloading their equipment, laying down tarps, and getting on the roof to start removing the old shingles. Sean refers to his team as his "super crew" and now I understand what he means. They were fantastic! Super efficient and had the entire process down to a T. We couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get our new roof installed in the same day! Our neighbors were impressed too. Clean up was amazing – several crew members walked the perimeter performing their magnet sweep and picked up trash. The entire process was so well orchestrated including the timing of the city inspections. We really can't believe how well everything went.

What sets Beery Roofing apart from the rest is that they're a smaller, efficiently run family business, which I feel allows them to focus more on customer satisfaction rather than a larger company rolling through another project. There's a sense of pride in their work ethic and it shows. Upon completion, Sean made sure we were happy with everything before we made our final payment.

At the end, we felt we made the right decision choosing Beery Roofing and Redesign. If I could give them 10-stars I would not hesitate to do so. I highly recommend Sean and his "super crew" for any roofing project.

Other than a few nails found after completion, from start to finish, the install was great. They started early and did not leave until completed! There was one small mishap with fence, and the lead immediately went out and bought the piece and replaced it! Fantastic job all around!
