We want to Thank Kathy Aparo Griffin, her husband, and all of her associates at the Aparo Griffin Properties Office for all of their hard work and exceptional expertise in helping my mother sell her home in Casselberry, Florida. They responded quickly and took professional pictures, and got it listed within a couple days. She had over 13 showings and offers immediately once it was listed. Sold in a week! They helped us with every stage of the selling process, and even were able to refer other contractors for replacing her roof and water lines. Can't say enough about how they all constantly went above and beyond our expectations throughout the whole process! They are the best in their field whether you are selling or buying a home. Kathy at Aparo Griffin Properties went above and beyond to help with getting our house ready to sell. June 2014 I purchased a home in Orange City, FL and used Kathy Aparo of Aparo-Griffin Properties as my buying agent.

This was a calculated risk allowing me to position for a pending divorce. I am an amateur real estate investor and know a modest amount about residential real estate. Going into this purchase, I had a clear objective, but no agent I found was competent enough to match my objective with a piece of property.

Since this was going to be a small purchase (ended up being $80k), I was hesitant to find a reputable realtor in the area because I felt such a small purchase would waste their time. With my back against the wall, I reached out to Kathy, and even though I had such a small request, she took the time to identify a dwelling that met my intent, and got me the best price. Within 7 days of calling Kathy, I had the contract locked down and inspections beginning- we closed at the end of the month.

As fate would have it, the U.S. Army asked me if I wanted to go to Las Vegas (again), and I found myself in Afghanistan a second time in 2015. This time, my divorce was complete, and I wrote Kathy an email when I wasn’t busy building a democracy in a third world country. I appreciate her honesty in this, because even though I wanted to sell and she could have made an easy commission, she advised me to wait.
