Elvira was the best Realtor!! She listened to our concerns & needs, she was patient as we went to see so many house for at least 8 months of searching! My wife and I started looking at homes in and around the Deland area in April of 2021. We looked at a lot of places online and we kinda knew what we wanted. Elvira was exceptionally patient with us and very kind in showing us homes and providing us with the additional info that we requested as we continued to narrow our search. What made it even more challenging was that Covid was still raging and we were up north and the market was very "hot" as places were moving very fast. We ultimately found a place that we liked and viewed it twice and then Elvira helped us navigate thru the negotiations and the closing. She was professional, kind and friendly and patient. We greatly appreciated all that she and her staff did in helping us to find, negotiate and ultimately close on our home.
