I am absolutely amazed at how supportive and fun it is at Fusion fitness. Do not let this fitness center pass you by. There is a sense of fun, support and belonging you will never find at a larger gym. Parking is abundant, its easy to get to, its clean, friendly, fun and has its own nutrition/drink bar with awesome selection. Started going during pandemic and they offered a clean, worry free environment. Membership is affordable and they offer virtual classes. The instructors have a ton and love and energy that keeps you going. Personal training and a bunch of diverse classes for any person.

Such a great place to let it all go and remember that life is too short to be stressed! The owner is a lovely person. She has worked so hard to start up this location and has found a great group of instructors who provide amazing classes for students of all ages! I highly recommend this location as a great spot to take a fun workout no matter who's class you take!

I just finished the Virtual Tuesday Kickboxing Class with Jessenia and it was terrific! Jessenia made it easy to follow along with her talking me through the moves, this helped tremendously to ensure that I moved correctly. I love the fact that I can now play back the video to review and practice even more for the next class! I burned a lot of calories and will definitely do this class again! If not in person then virtually!

I love what the owner stand for: Smart, talented hard working women owned business. It could be a month or a year since I've seen Dajah & instructors but they are so welcoming! Positive energy to the 100th power
