All around just the best place to go and get a new custom sprinter van in Florida. Jason (Manager) and the rest of the crew (awesome people) do an amazing job at creating a product that 110% fits your lifestyle, no matter how niche it may be. I brought my van back to have 600W worth of solar panels, an additional 250 amp hour battery, and cruise control installed and everything came out flawless. All of the installs were perfectly integrated into my van's current layout and they left no trace. You can't see any wires sticking out anywhere and they're very knowledgeable regarding alternatives for components you may want to include to create your dream home slash recreational vehicle. I also rock climb and since I live out of my van (for most of the year in mountainless Florida) it is important for me to be able to train whenever. I reached out to them and they built me a custom mount to install my hangboard on my side ladder. They even treated the wood for me. The van allows me to travel to pristine natural areas around the country while always feeling at home. I will continue to go here for all of my van needs.

To start I have DIY van build, so they helped me with a single task. The manager was so generous and kind with me. I designed and built a custom rack that fits my specific solar panels. For this reason it had to be built off the van roof. By myself I had no way of hoisting it on top of the van. The manager at Custom Coach Creations personally helped me to get the built system(approx 150lbs+) on the van and even helped me with the bolts because my hands were too big to fit underneath where the bolts were. I would recommend this company for partial builds and full vans. I am so appreciative of his help, thank you again brother. 🤙🏽💪🏾🔥🙏🏽🕊❤

I just returned from a three month trip, 10,000 miles in the American west in my 2018 sprinter cargo van which was converted by CCC. This van was a custom design done by Jeremy at CCC expertly incorporating all the features I wanted. James was extremely knowledgeable in design advice and incorporating my unique design features, for example, installing the customer supplied Isotherm frig and the Arctic Tern window. Zach and his crew were the consummate craftsmen in many electrical/lighting, cabinetry and ceiling/wall features, for example, the folding tables, the mini bump outs for the full mattress, and perfectly incorporating eye hooks in the ceiling to accommodate hauling surfboards and SUPs. Becky kept me up-to-date and took care of all the details of getting parts and materials. I would highly recommend CCC for a van conversion projects to anyone.

The build quality of their vans is unmatched. I have now done 17 vans with them. The buyers of the vans always compliment the fit and finish of their work.

So grateful for the crew at Custom Coach Creations. I called in with a unique installation issue and James was confident he would be able to design something that worked. He installed a large solar panel to my minivan roof rack, attached the wires beautifully and even installed a shore power plug for me. I actually drove 4.5 hours one way to get to these guys and it was totally worth it. Some companies wouldn't even consider working with me because I don't have a full size van. So glad to meet people who are able to think creatively and come up with solutions. Thank you James!

One year later and we are still absolutely thrilled with the 2021 Sprinter van built out by Custom Coach Creations. Wow! The craftsmanship, pride and quality that goes into a professional custom build is night and day compared to “vanlifers turned builders”. The Starling CineVan makes our film and television work and travels so much more efficient and cost effective. Having a dependable source is a must when owning a camper van. Leave it to the experts for a solid build and any issues that may occur. I am the 3rd owner of a 2017 promaster and did not get a manual from the prior owner, so had to depend on CCC through the learning curve. James has been AMAZING! I am in the process of selling the coach as it is now out of warrantee and plan to buy a new coach from this builder because of their professional and helpful customer service. We purchased a new convection/mircowave/airfryer for our class A Tiffin coach and had 6 different RV service centers tell us that an over the counter oven could not be installed in our RV.

We reached out to Custom Coach Creations and James put us in touch with Jeremy who told us to bring it in so he could look at.

We drove the 100 miles to their location and met with Jeremy and Dave who not only told us it could be done, they were able to install it that same day, an hour faster then what they quoted us!

While we were waiting a couple other team members from Custom Coach Creations had heard we had some issues when our coach was in Texas.

Wade and Dennis walked around our coach with us to check a few previous repairs we had done as well as answer all our questions.

We just moved from Texas and Wade suggested we purchase some additional screens to keep Mud daubers from damaging our RV.

This was not an attempt to upsell us, since they do sell the necessary screens, it just proved to us what a exceptional level of service this company provides!

Dennis spent 30 minutes answering and going over the plumbing in the RV with my wife.

It was one of the most enjoyable 2 hours we ever had at a service center, even though Custom Coach Creations does not typically work on class A coaches, they were up to the challenge of helping us and did a beautiful job of installing our oven!

I bought my van as an empty shell with only the front seats. Custom Coach Creations did my RV conversion in 2019, but I didn't use it much until July 4th 2020 when I sold my Florida house and began living in it full-time. We've been to 22 states since then, and I could not be any happier with the excellent job they did. FYI, I saved around $50,000 dollars vs buying a ready-to-go Winnebago Travato! Forget the money I saved though, the RV I have FAR! surpasses the Winny version. I have real wood light-weight birch cabinetry, not particle board, I have hi-end smoked-glass windows that makes it feel as if you are outside vs the tiny Winny windows that are painted around them to give an "illusion" of my large windows; I got six, not Winny's two, 100 amp-hour lithium-ion batteries with solar charging panels on the roof so I can boondock around six days --- the upgrade list is much longer, but I'm sure you get my point. Sure, CCC could have used cheaper materials and made a fatter profit but they chose top-end everything to give you a finished product they would want themselves. Trust me, you will not be disappointed if you hire these super-professional folks!!!

Let me tell you, I live in Virginia and made the 14-hour trek down to Florida JUST to work with Bob & his team - they're the real deal! I bought my 2019 Ford Transit off a used lot in Maryland and when I turned it over to CCC, all it had inside was floor tracks from the 13 passenger seats that were inside. I had drawn up my own idea of a floorplan for the custom conversion, and worked with Bob to build the 3D model of what it would look like. Every step of the way, he helped me understand what would/wouldn't work from my ideas, brainstormed new ideas, and helped to create the build of my dreams.

Becci runs a tight ship of making sure that calls/emails/billing are all handled promptly and professionally and making sure I was able to schedule my appointment to come in.

James & Jeremy are absolute superstars. James was super communicative - anything they did that may have been slightly different from what was discussed, he called me and made sure I had the final say and full understanding of what was going on, even states away.

The final build turned out beautifully! I am so happy and so proud of it. Not only is it visually beautiful, but extremely functional. Not to mention that Becci put together a whole binder with instructions, warranty information, etc. that I can reference when I have questions about how systems worked. I've boondocked, moochdocked in friends' driveways, and stayed at campsites - all have been wonderful thanks to my new rig.

If you want a van built out into an RV this IS the place to take it. Bob and Lois are phenomenal owners. Talking to Bob is like talking with an old friend. James and Jeremy made sure work was done correctly and could easily be contacted when questions arose in my mind. They are both spectacular employees. Ian executed a master craftsman level job on the woodwork, just incredible. Becci runs “command central” with the phones always ringing. She is a terrific asset to the company. There were many more craftsmen that worked on my van and it is apparent all take great pride in their work. CCC makes sure they turn a masterpiece over to you at time of delivery.

Absolutely phenomenal custom RV/motorhome conversion company! The work they did for me was excellent. I designed the layout of the RV and they more than met all of my demands. Buying a Winnebago or other large scale manufacturer would've cost significantly more to receive an equivalent layout, materials, equipment, etc. Most importantly were the tremendous amount of help and assistance I received, and still receive, from the owner, Bob, and an absolute electronic and RV wizard, James. Both of them as well as other employees, but especially those two went way above and beyond a great job. Any questions, concerns, or problems I had they went out of their way to help solve.
This was best exemplified right after the conversation was finished. Less than 2 days after finishing the entire conversion and myself beginning my trip to travel around the country I was rear ended pretty badly by a large landscaping truck. The auto body company that was repairing the van, Maitland Auto Body, turned out to be extremely dishonest, shady, and pathetic. Both Bob and James helped me out through the entire situation way more than I anticipated, expected, or could have asked. Maitland Auto Body end up charging drastically more than contractually agreed. DRASTICALLY MORE!!! I never agreed to more than the initial estimate. They tried charging right 450% more than the agreed estimate. It ended up becoming a lawsuit. Bob, James, and Custom Coach Creations saw what was happening and did so much to help me out asking the way. The difference between honesty, integrity, dignity, compassion, care, business ethics, and much more was incomparably different when comparing James, Bob, and Custom Coach Creations to Maitland Auto Body. I'll save more of the drama and shadiness of Maitland Auto Body for another time, but I needed to mention it because that situation showed that Custom Coach Creations is far more than just a company that builds RVs to make money. I can't thank them enough for everything.
My van has been back for the last year and I've been traveling around in it full-time. I couldn't be happier with the work that Custom Coach Creations did. The quality of the work that they did is excellent, and I couldn't be happier. They've converted me to a life long customer and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We have a Ram Promaster 2500 built out in July 2021. We’ve now put 14,500 miles and 70 nights in the van. 2 minor problems encountered in the van: Which were immediately fixed. We love this van; it’s everything we expected and it’s a pleasure to work with: Bob, James, Lois, Becky and their crew.

The time had come for me to have my fourth camper van built. I knew what I wanted done but the company that had done my previous conversions didn't truly do custom conversions, more like cookie cutter ones. And then I got lucky, I came across the team at Custom Coach Creations. I discovered they truly do custom campervan conversions, and they are masters at it. The pride in workmanship displayed by the craftsman at CCC is reflected in their product. I call my conversion the PATHS CROSSED edition, and as you can see it's a bit stealthy; the way I like it. The next test would be their customer service. Two days after taking delivery, I headed out on a 5 week cross country trip. When I got back, there were naturally a few adjustments to be made. Guess what, my experience with their customer service was also OUTSTANDING. To Bob and Lois, and their team of craftsman, I commend you. You do credit to "Made in America."

Still perfect a year later! These folks build top-quality campervans! Not a single problem since day one. Every feature imaginable and yet it’s remarkably lightweight. I had it weighed on Cat scales. Highly recommended!

I spent 3 months looking for a top notch conversion van company to launch our new business. After all of my research I chose Custom Coach Creations. I could not be happier with my decision. Our class B has all the features we wanted, without a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. 24,000 miles later, we decided we wanted a design/layout mod, so we went back and got that done too. Solid quality build, at a fraction of the cost of production line produced RVs. We love van-life in our Custom Coach Creations camper van! I think you will love yours too.
