Kohl's

Kohl's is one of my favorite places to shop. Usually I go to Oviedo, but the last couple visits I went to the Sanford location,which is a 2-story building. I was returning an Amazon package and the Amazon return desk was upstairs to the left rear of the store. This is a nice service that they've added presumably to get more shoppers in the store. Upon returning an Amazon package they reward you with a coupon for a discount that you can use right then. Customer Service is also upstairs in the rear of the store. The restrooms were very clean and stocked with TP, paper towels and soap. The store seemed to be well-stocked and ready for back-to-school shopping. Kohl's has great sales and a Rewards program. Their mobile app is one of the best regarding ease of use and locating a specific product, keeping track of rewards, etc.

I am always happy walking out of this store. They have such high grade products and never walks out empty handed. I love it. Yesterday my son walked out smiling he went on Christmas spree. I love the sanford location it’s 2 floors and always seem to have what I was expecting and much more.

Need a suit for my daughter's wedding pants shirt whole deal jacket tie. They had a lot of stuff in stock different colors different styles was able to be in and out within 30 minutes with a whole suit. Very satisfied with the service.

The manager Debra and associate Chelsea were extremely kind and helpful during my shopping experience. There was some issues with my Kohl's credit card that I was not aware of and both Chelsea and Debra helped me get this sorted out so that I would be able to use my Kohl's card. While the customer service line was not helpful or informative on what exactly the issue was for my card I am grateful for the patience these ladies showed. In the end it was all sorted out and they deserve a shout out for truly going above and beyond for their customers.

It was so refreshing to go into a store during Christmas rush and have it be a clean and easy experience! Camille made our Christmas shopping so pleasant. She is so friendly and kind!

Kohls is an easy quick place to shop that always has great deals on brands like Levi, Nike, Ninja etc. Mens & women's clothing+ housewares makes it a safe bet when you need to shop for gifts in a hurry. And there's always some surprise cash back at checkout. It's easier than the mall & has better deals.

My first shopping at Kohls. Great experience! Good selection! Good prices! Great service from Marisol who checked us out. I'll return to Kohls again.

Great location.
2 floors so took some time getting around the store. This location has the Amazon pick-up / Drop off. Also the check outs are better organized and they have a big tv that announces who is next and which check out to go to.

Love going to this store so many lovely employees always helping find stuff in the back and telling you about the deals today was 50% off select items I have bags full 😂

So Taylor the cashier was so awesome. She explained the way Kohl's rewards works. She was diligent, and didn't make me feel rushed. I am grateful. Plus I saved 25% on some fall items. I'm on a cloud

Nice selection of clothes, bedding, housewares, jewelry, and perfumes! Plus they stay open until 11:00 pm most nights. Since Covid they only stay open until 9:00.
