I have been seeing Dr Caggiano for many years. I have seen various team members and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I get return calls within a reasonable time frame. He goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Above all else I have confidence and trust in his delivery of care and detail. I have so much gratitude and respect for him and his office thank you for all you do.

Dr Caggiano is the best Dr you could ever go to.My family and I have been going to him for over 20 years plus.He listens to you, he makes sure that all areas discussed are covered. His nurses are always kind and personable.Couldn't ask for a better team.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to Dr Caggiano and his team.

We have been here for 11 years with Dr caggiano. We absolutely loved him and his staff they have always been very accommodating and take care of us!!!

I have been a patient of this office for three years and the entire staff and providers are great. Dr. Caggiano and his nurse practitioner. Alex has been a great source of knowledge and making sure that all my healthcare needs are needed. The staff is so attentive, including the front desk. If you are looking for greatt, Health care and need a provider and staff who cares, this is the office to be!

Dr. Caggiano is great. He has helped me through tough times and I'm now the healthiest I've ever been. He is great at listening, observing and taking precautionary measures to ensure my health is great. Contrary to other reviewers, I can't really say anything bad about his office staff; they've been great to me as well.

Very nice front desk and back office staff. They work hard to get you in and seen in a timely manner. Dr. CAGGIANO is a great doc.

Dr. Caggiano is great, I love him. He seems to really understand when I'm super anxious about a health issue and treats me with sensitivity and respect. He has literally saved my life when I went in to see him for something else and he noticed my swollen leg (which turned out to be a blood clot). He really listens, and is very attentive. I have not had any issues with his staff but if I had, I certainly would not taint the doctor's record but in fact be proactive about the issue. If the problem is not communicated then a fix certainly cannot be expected. If a staff member treated my rudely I would definitely report it as being unacceptable. Shame on anyone who complains about a problem but takes no action to try and amend it. Also, since this is Orlando Health Physicians Associates, I'm not sure that any doctor has control or even management of that locations staff.

Dr. Caggiano has been my general physician for almost a decade now. He's always attentive with a calm demeanour. I have to remind myself that he is my doctor and not a friend. Dr. Caggiano and his staff take note of any problems with my health seriously. I've never had a problem with scheduling or with the staff ever. They work hard to keep up with patient inflow and medication requests.

Dr is excellent, fast, trustworthy, and always gets straight to the point without making you feel rushed. He is an excellent physician, my husband and I both love him. The only room for improvement would be with the answering of the phones, sometimes it seems that no one is in the office. It seems to be improving over time. All staff on the phone and in person is very sweet and always knowledegable. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Caggiano has been my father’s and I’s primary care doctor for a couple years now and every visit I’ve gone to he makes my concerns feel heard and takes the time to ask about my dad and how we’re overall doing. The environment is always clean as well and the staff are very sweet!

Dr. Caggiano is the best PCP I have ever had. He is respectful, informative, and listens. He is clear and unassuming. I love his staff and the office is nice. I never wait long at all. Highly recommend this doc.

Yesterday I called to get referrals for two Doctors and got the run around and before I could ask another question was hung up on, I didn't even have time to get their names. I understand how busy they can be but I recommend the office personal should wait for the patient to hang up. By doing this patients wouldn't have to call back and tie the lines even more. I was so fustrated yesterday I decided to cool off and call back today. The person I talked to was Amber who was very helpful and allowed me to ask my question without feeling rushed and told me she would take care of my referrals. I felt that I was well taken care of by her, I knew with confidence she wouldget the job done.

Dr.Caggiano is a great Dr. He has great bedside manner. He cares and takes time to listen to you and will resolve the problem. My family all go to him and we have always been satisfied :)

Great Doctor. Actually gives personal attention and doesn't treat you like your just 1 of many patients. Has been my primary physician for many years now at Physician Associates and I have never had a single complaint. Highly recommend Dr C

I’m shocked that anyone would give less than five stars but hey..different strokes! I have been seeing Dr Caggiano for 15 years!!! He’s seen me thru divorce single motherhood and now empty nester ! His partnership with me in managing my health thru stressful times has been exemplary...I hope to live a very long life and there HE is always here to take care of me!

Doctor is great, he actually spends time listening and giving advise. I have never had a bad experience with the staff at all. When I needed a referral, I got it very quickly.

I am so happy I found Dr. Caggiano. He's truely amazing. Very caring, friendly, and really puts your mind at ease. I'm moving to St Augustine in about a month and I will still make the drive to see Dr. Caggiano. What a great doctor! 😊
