When I had to return a pair of shoes for the correct size, the associates were kind and understanding, both on the phone and in person. The price of the shoes had been reduced, so they exchanged for the correct size, plus they gave me a refund for the difference! What a great place for high quality athletic shoes at a decent price. I highly recommend.

I LOVE this store! I only shop in DeLand, and only Hibbits for our sneakers/sports needs. The staff is amazing: helpful, friendly, polite. The store is clean and almost always have exactly what we are looking for!
