Watertight is a company that restored my faith in roofers - after many many bad experiences with our property in Athens! After sustaining serious damage to the metal under-decking from a prior roofer's work, we spoke with numerous roofing companies to address a uniquely challenging repair. Roofing companies no-showed for appointments, failed to follow up with estimates or ghosted us. Adam, Jade and the entire Watertight team were professional, totally reliable, and did an outstanding job including daily clean up. The estimate was fair and adhered to, communication and follow-up were outstanding, I can't recommend Watertight highly enough!

I had the best experience with Watertight Restoration. And just in time for the rainy weather. The crew came, removed, and replaced my roof within a couple days. They were polite and courteous and were sure to clean up everything after they left.

Watertight Exteriors did an excellent job replacing our roof. They were very responsive, getting out to our property within a day of reaching out to them. They had me scheduled for the following week and kept me informed every step of the way. Their crew was courteous and professional.

After a storm I called Watertight to repair some damage to my roof from the storm. To my delight they were able to schedule an inspection and repair the following day! From Jade in the office to the onsite repairman, overall I had and great experience. The price was reasonable and service top notch! I highly recommend Watertight Roofing.

Watertight Roofing recently installed a new roof on my home, and 'm very happy with the results. Their estimator John was very detailed in explaining their process, they came in just under the others that we spoke with, and their workmanship was excellent. It was all done in timely manner and we're thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Watertight!

Very good experience working with Watertight roofing. I called and within a day they were on site to check my roof and offer an estimate. While on site, John pointed out a few other things they could work on/repair (like window trim, siding repair, etc.) if I wished. It never felt like a sales pitch or pressured to do that, just that it was an option.

Once I got the estimate, I asked for a revised estimate with a couple of small changes and he was happy to provide that. Also, there were other jobs ahead of me, but they worked it in due to mine being a smaller/quicker job than the others with bad weather in the forecast. I appreciate a company that works with common sense rather than a "who's next in line" model. It's more efficient.

Lastly, I got a few different estimates, as did my neighbor a couple of years ago with the same roof, and Watertight was by far the best pricing. It was $2K less than the lowest estimate I got from others, and $8K lower than the highest estimate between myself and my neighbor's estimates. I would definitely recommend this business.

I could not be more pleased with my experience using this company for a residential roof replacement in Okatie, SC. I received estimates from multiple companies and decided to go with Watertight Roofing. They stripped the old material down to the plywood, replaced any pieces of the plywood that had water damage, and installed a new roof. It looks fantastic. We are getting ready to put the house on the market, so I was also concerned with whether the crew would damage the plants and landscaping around the house with the removal of the old roof. I was so pleased with how well they cleaned up and took care not to damage any of the landscaping. I would recommend to anyone.

We talked to Jade from Watertight last year and got a quote but had to wait til this year to get our roof done. We recently called her to see how much it would cost this year. They came out to reevaluate our roof and and to our surprise they gave the same quote as last year. The quality of their work and professionalism was excellent. We are very happy with the results.

But most importantly no “upselling” ...they didn’t lowball the price to get the job and then add to the price along the way. They did everything they said they would and it looks great ....all for the exact same price they quoted. Great people. Honest. Straightforward. Diligent. Cleaned up very well at the end. I actually called when I thought it was done to get the invoice to pay it, and they said “no, not yet,” they wanted to come out and do a final inspection before they invoiced me. I loved that. Makes me know they will stand behind their work for years to come and weren’t just in it for the quick check. As I sit here dry in my house with a brand new Watertight roof, I actually have a smile on my face knowing this significant investment in my home was done right. A new roof was a big decision for me. Best decision my wife & I have ever made. John made sure everything was done in a timely manner on our roof & gutters & everything looks beautiful.
