Antwon is awesome. The move in process was quick and efficient. He made sure my new apartment was ready in a timely manner.

I've lived on this property for 2.5 years now it has always been clean, quiet and friendly. The office staff are some awesome and wonderful ladies, they make you feel at home before it become your home they welcome you with open arms very knowledgeable about the community and the units. The maintenance team is awesome as well one call that's all and their there to fix whatever your issue is very polite and knowledgeable. The groundsman keep the complex immaculate at all times. Couldn't ask for a better affordable living property. I am proud to say River's Edge is my HOME

I just moved to Rivers Edge and I honestly don’t have any complaints. Mrs. LaTisha was the best help ever. She did all my paperwork and got me into my apartment. She consistently gave me correct information all the time. She always called me back. She is the BEST! She is good at her job.

I been here since January first time renter and the process was easy the rent office staff is nice and helpful the apartments are clean the apartment itself is clean only issue I have is my bathtub but it is scheduled to get done immediately other then that I have no problems at all

First time renting was a simple process with Latisha. From the beginning to post move in check-in has been a smooth transition. All three of the ladies in the front office are very pleasant and inviting. Maintenance is prompt and cureteous. Fernando even offered and helped move a couch into my apartment. Much gratitude.

I've lived here over a year and I really love my place. The apartments are very nice. The staff is very friendly and professional. I rarely have any issues but really appreciate the quick response from maintenance when I do. I would recommend living here.

My stay here has been a journey but the leasing office has been working with me and sharing alot of resources to help out with whatever issue i am having . Its a nice decent quiet area around alot of food places and entertainment. The apartment is just the right size for a single family or yourself

Can't wait to move in. Jocelyn and Taneisha were the best. They made applying very easy and eased my anxiety of moving into an apartment for the first time.

I AM TRULY THANKFUL FOR MS TANISHA AND MS JOCELYN FOR WALKING ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. BEFORE APPLYING MAKE SURE ALL YOUR DUCKS ARE IN A ROW FIRST. LEGITIMATE VERIFIABLE INCOME, RENTAL HISTORY, CREDIT, DONT OWE ANY UTILITY COMPANIES, AND DECENT BACKGROUND! THEN, MAKE SURE YOUR FUNDS ARE IN ORDER AND READY FOR APP FEE, ADMIN, AND DEPOSIT. THEN, ITS THE FEW DAYS OF NERVOUSNESS BEFORE THAT BEAUTIFUL EMAIL OR CALL COMES IN WITH THE GOOD NEWS. FINALLY ITS WALK THROUGH, PAPER SIGNING, AND MOVE IN TIME. VERY QUIET, CLEAN COMMUNITY, EVERYONE WORKS. THE UNITS ARE SPACIOUS, CLEAN, OVER AND BEYOND ON THE CARPET, AND PAINT. YOU ACTUALLY GET HIGH QUALITY CARPET, THE KIND YOU CAN SEE YOUR FOOTPRINTS IN LOL. THE PAINT IS LIKE A HIGH GLOSS TAN COLOR NOT THAT FLAT WHITE LIKE OTHER PLACES OFFER. I MUST SAY BASED ON FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE THAT ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS ARE BOGUS. MS T, MS J, AND MAINTENANCE MAKES SURE EVERYTHING IS PERFECT.

I have lived here for 1 year now, and I have nothing but good things to say. They have monthly neighborhood events with music and food. It is a very quiet complex and the ladies in the office are very professional and helpful.

Overall rivers edge is an peaceful place to live very quiet And no riffraff. Our leasing staff, there great they actually care about there tenants and have great customer service

This apartment complex is very nice and quiet and the apartment they took me to look at was also very clean and nice. The people that work in the office were all very nice and polite. They actually took time to talk with me and answered all my questions. And I had alot of questions lol I am fairly new to Georgia and I just wanted to make sure that the area was safe for me and my family. My son has a service dog and they welcomed the dog with open arms. Also I must say they dont try to nickel and dime you with all those admin fees that most apartment complexes have tried to charge me and that are not refundable! I look forward to being a future tenant at Rivers Edge Apartments!! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe and affordable place to live and raise a family!!

All of the staff here are friendly and respectable. The maintenance crew responds in a timely manner. It's always clean and the neighborhood is quiet.
