My experience was different from many reviewers. I arrived 10 min before my appointment time and they put me in a dock right away. They started loading me 15 min after I got in the dock. All in all, I was only here for 45 min and the two people I dealt with were friendly.

I came in here to pick up a load. I usually give companies a 2 hr grace period to load me, as pretty standard. Plus, it allows me to run a 2/8 split on my loags. I came in here for a 1230 appt, arrived at 1150, and was out by 230. Satisfactory for me. A++++

10am appointment for a pickup. In and out in 45 minutes. Workers didn’t seem friendly but they are working. Straight to the point to get you in and out.

My appointment was at 3pm and I arrived after 5pm. I got my door and was out b4 6pm. For the people who said something bad, things happen and that day wasn't your day. Make sure your trailer is free of debris.
