I am the Operations Manager for 1-800-PACK-RAT here in San Antonio. I’ve been using Prestige since I came into the position in November 2023. I have never had an issue with this company and the mechanics have always taken care of our issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend Prestige Fleet Services. Our head technician Larry is on spot with his crew members.

Great company to work with. Always on time and provides great service. Cares about customers and employees , very family oriented! Would recommend to anyone that wants great service!

As far as the crews that operate in the Mobile AL and FL panhandle area, they are extremely knowledgeable and respond quickly. Its nice to know when I call them to sent out a service tech that they are sending someone that I can trust and 99.9% of the time they get my trucks back on the road quickly.

We just switched vendors at our shop, and they have been gone more than they have been here.
These guys haven't actually repaired anything. We even had to call Jimmy's towing to come fix a couple trucks while there one service truck was sitting here and they where gone in the other. Cause it takes 2 people to do a parts run!

Update- The issues we had with this company when they first came over was due to the on-site mechanics we got first. They did put a bad image on the company. But since then we have had much better mechanics on site,and doing their very best with what we got. These guys I would recommend.

Reached out to them when my truck was shut down on our yard. Scheduled a tech to be on site the next morning, and without fail they showed up and, got me started and running with no issues. If you or your company is in the market for a legit and friendly onsite mobile fleet service company, look no further, keep up the great work!!!

I've known the owner for 20+ years, and I have known the mechanics for years. They are HONEST!!!!
They do the job, they don't try to rip you off, and do everything they can to save you money. Bottom line, they are hands down the best group of people in the business.

Dan Church and his team are fantastic. They are normally same day service. How can you beat that?

Great customer service, and fast. Helped my driver out when he broke down on the side of the highway.

Do not use or work for this company! Biggest mistake! Lies to get you to work for them and change it all once you start. The regional manager in Detroit is awful. When I stopped working there he tried everything to not pay me my last check. Making accusations that weren’t true and had no proof. Asked for something and once I did it would come up with something else off the wall. Harassment just because I chose to stay with my other job bc they don’t have enough work. Do not make the mistake I made. Their techs are rude and know nothing. They do things halfway and do not care about their work

If you see these trucks on the road b careful. I’m traveling with kids in the vehicle and had a service truck fly up on me on interstate 70 trying to intimidate me to move while semis in one side and vehicle in front. There became a break in traffic so he proceeded to pass while videotaping my vehicle as he passed. Only to get 2 cars ahead. This was dangerous. Not professional an all.
