Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

They always do a great job with my daughter's gluten allergy. Food is always delicious! Wish they would bring back zucchini fries. Jess is our favorite server at the Sanford, FL location. She is always friendly and makes sure everything is perfect. We visit this location pretty often and it's always good. Love the option for call ahead seating.

First time visit, was treated for my Birthday. We normally go to IDrive. This one was less crowded and everyone was very friendly. And the food came out quick…😳😳

We missed Red Robin since moving back home to Florida from Washington. I didn't even know we had one this close to us until I happened to ride by it. My wife says the Mushroom and Swiss Burger is the best she has ever had and I love the fish and chips! So glad to have found Red Robin close by. Staff is always great and the food never disappoints.

The burgers were excellent. The unlimited fries, and Yukon chips were good. The fried brussel sprouts were good. Service was excellent!

Thank you so much to the staff last night (12/27/23). The service was great and the food was delicious! We were there for a little over three hours enjoying the ambiance and conversation.

Red Robin staff did not rush us out nor did they make us feel like we had to leave by the closing time. We left at 10:10 pm (not realizing they closed at 10 pm) and the guy who was sweeping was so sweet, he understood the conversation at the table was good and he had no need to interrupt us, when we were ready to leave, we did. We ordered to go burgers and fries. It was delicious! The fries stayed warm and did not get soggy. The burgers were prepared correctly. I'm definitely returning to eat here again!

Our first time at a Red Robin! Had an incredible experience, Mersadies was our server and she was phenomenal. Very attentive and knowledgeable. The entire team was fast and efficient. Our fries were crisp and burgers were delicious. Mersadies really made us feel welcomed. We are now rewards members & will be returning soon! 🍔 🍟 🍟

Have never ever had a bad meal/burger here, everything is soo good.
While it is a regular atmospheric burger joint ( nothing special about it ) the food more than makes up for it.
Plenty of parking, no complaints, snappy service, generous portions, endless garlic fries, you will not leave here feeling like you didn't get enough to eat, if you did then that's your fault,lol...

First time at Red Robin (I've never had one local to me) and it was a gem! Service was amazing and food came out quickly, my burger was beyond delicious.

The food and service were great. I had a fish sandwich, and the cod was flakey and tasted great. My friend had a burger and said it was really good, and of course the fries, and more fries.

Our family has our together night and we went to Red Robin on Rinehart for dinner. Look I tell you, Perry our server was exceptional. The food good and the atmosphere peaceful. Thank you for being such a great person Perry. Yes we did tip. Go visit. 😍 it.

Had a great time. My server was super friendly and went above and beyond for me. I had two drinks, a long island and a strawberry margarita. The island was very good, but the strawberry margarita was very light on the alcohol. The food was delicious and hot, and for the most part, it came relatively quick. I will definitely be back.

I don't even think I need to go too far in depth as to why this is a fantastic restaurant. If you've never eaten here I highly suggest it. Great food and service at this location. Can't beat unlimited fries and delicious burgers.

We had a good time at Red Robin, once you are seated the waitress will ask if its your first time (which it was for me) and i got some free steak fries with their campfire mayonaisse (was pretty good).

We had an onion ring appitiser, the banzai burger with steak fries and the scorpion gourmet burger with steak fries and a salad.
After you pick a side and a drink you have unlimited refills on both of them, an extra side will cost extra tho. There was quite a lot of choices for salad dressing but the honey peppercorn one is the best (in my opinion). The freckled lemonade was real good and i got 3 refills on that baby.
There is a lil computer on which you can fill in your appetiser and your drink refills, at some point It'll put up an add where you can buy their games, besides the trivia with other customers from all the Red Robins who are also doing the Trivia at that moment the games were more for kids (not a huge surprise).

Jon made this one of the best experiences at a Red Robin. He went out of his way to get us extra sauces, made sure everything was to our liking and always kept our drinks filled. He was very attentive and friendly to the kids in our party. Thanks Jon!

Best Gluten Free buns with great burgers inside. Hard to find Gluten Free fast food, but love these burgers AND fries. I collect a couple via online order on my way home and we enjoy them for dinner.

Last 2 times they forgot my egg in my burger and kept the lettuce in when I said to take it out... I still ate them because they were still gooooood af.

And the fries with the campfire sauce... omfg.. it's always a treat.

Love the food and love the service and love the people that work there. I always tip well whether they miss the shot or not. They're human and I just genuinely love this place. 5 stars across the board.. JUST DONT FORGET MY EGG lol. Otherwise on point

I just wanted to say my experience was fantastic. The employee by the name of Ty was amazing he was very attentive and was very kind and accommodating . He deserves a raise . Also please bring back the Caesar salad .

So we went here after church and as we pulled into to parking lot was happy it looked as tho we had beaten the church rush. We walked in and saw that it was fairly empty but then was told that it would be 25-30min wait. I couldn’t believe it but we where already there and had our minds set for a burger. We sat to wait for our table and then noticed the signs posted. They had no grilled chicken and another stating there was a staff shortage. Thankfully we go to this restaurant for burgers not chicken. I heard the hostess tell a few others that came in that they only had two servers on and could only sit so many tables per server. Being a server previously I completely understand the limited sitting. Sadly for the restaurant in the time we waited to be seated they had 8 tables walk out. As I stated the time we where told was almost 30 minutes we barely waited 15 minutes. In that time to help with the restaurant we looked at the menu and was ready to order the moment John our server came over. Once seated John was there in no time and was on top of everything. The food came out fast and good. Got our side and drink refills with no wait. This restaurant took what could have been a bad day and made it great. Every member of the staff was friendly and attentive.
