Came out to install gutters and arrived when they said they would. Did a great job and finished quickly. Office got back to me every time I called, I did call after hours but always got a return call the next day.

Justin and the Phelps crew did an awesome job on our gutter installation. They started later in the day and finished the next day by 2:00 p.m., otherwise would have been completed in one day. We were able to check out their work the very next morning during a monsoon-like rainstorm and the gutters were doing a flawless job. Three particular valley areas we had big problems with were all bone dry. Not sure where the bad review came from but we would highly recommend Phelps for any gutter job. Quality materials and workmanship.

Had 17 years of water drainage issues. Phelps Aluminum sent a representative to discuss my drainage concerns, layout a plan for installation, and I was contacted with a quote within a week. The quote was very reasonable and installation techs worked from my directions.
I have seen this company working in my community on a number of jobs which was my reason for contacting them.

My water drainage issues have been resolved and I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, competitive pricing and excellent installation staff.

A couple years ago....he came out and put flashing up on my neighbor's roof who then referred Phelps to me for my roof. Awesome work, quality materials, and extremely pleased. Water tight roof since. Seeking to have more work done on a new place I am in. Phelps is detailed and efficient. Again....highly recommended.

These guys gave a written estimate the same. day we called them for roof, soffit and gutter repairs. Cost was very reasonable and the job was completed in one day. Excellent work, and a positive and professional attitude. Would recommend them anytime.

We had an A Frame screened in Patio. We could never use the Patio with the hot sun everyday. We contacted Phelps. We wanted to Roof our Patio and have the A Frame removed.

From start to finish, Phelps did an awesome job. Their work is just flawless. My husband and I can actually use our Patio now, Rain or shine. Just BEAUTIFUL WORK! Justin and his Dad were just awesome and the icing on the cake was that the job was done in just ONE DAY!

The worst job I've ever seen. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with I don't know what day you're doing but they're certainly not answering calls or doing any work the worst experience I've ever had my life if you thinking about using them don't please I beg you don't they are

Justin Carvell from Phelp's Aluminum reviewed my roof project on a Friday and said he'd send an estimate the next business day. It has now been more than a week and I have not heard anything from him or his company. I absolutely refuse to do business with anyone who does not keep their word and act in a professional business manner. One of his competitors also came out to look at my project and sent me a very reasonable estimate within hours! He will get my business!

The owner Justin came out on May 10Th to give me a quote on pool re-screen and gutter installation for a new garage. He took all the measurements and said he would contact me within 3days and I have still to hear anything! I called the office May 22ND and left a message because no one ever picks up since they are only open for business from 10am until 2pm and still no one calls back. I just don’t understand why you would bother going to someone’s house to give a quote and not bother contacting the potential customer back. This is a bad way of doing business!!!!!
