We enjoyed everything here. The coffee was delicious!! And the service and food was also fresh fast and yummy! Everything looked clean and the prices were great too! We will be back. Kitties next door is a plus!!!

Love the coffee here & enjoy their back patio/deck with a gorgeous shade tree!! If you like your coffee sweeter- let them know. Default here, in my experience, has been more coffee/less cream & sugar… some would argue that’s a real coffee drinkers cup of coffee… maybe :) But I’ll ask for it a tad sweeter when I pop in. Cute spot to relax!

My wife and I checked this out for the first time in my 4 years of living in the area. I'd been meaning to stop in and just never got around to it.

Am I glad we did this past Saturday, 8/12/2023, though! Really loved the atmosphere, the prices for the stuff we got weren't bad, and I've learned that a cold brew hits the spot when you need a caffeine kick while also needing to cool down in a heat wave.

The staff was very friendly and our order came out quick. Definitely check this place out if you've yet to give it a try!

We got a couple iced vanilla lattes today from trilogy. They made us one of the best cups of coffee we have had in a while. Nice place and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!!!!

The lavender honey on ice was like a dream. The first sip 😍,,,,,made me realize I need a second visit.

Easily the best coffee I’ve ever had. I’ve lived all over the US and there are few roasters that even come close. I used to get it every morning, but we moved and now there’s a hole in my heart. If it’s fall, try the sweater vest. It’s like a cozy fall night by the bonfire in a cup.
The staff is undeniably amazing and so welcoming. My husband used to work there, and still talks about how much he misses his old job. I know first hand how much care, effort, and love goes into this shop by the owners Clay and Michelle. The employees are seriously one of a kind. I miss seeing their smiling faces and getting to taste their coffee that so much care is put into. Thanks Luke, Anne-Marie, Gwyn and Chase for always making our day better. We can’t wait to visit soon.

They have oat milk and a vegan white mocha syrup for anyone who prefers non-dairy or vegan options!

this my favorite coffee spot in DeLand! the staff is super friendly and service is quick, unless you’re ordering food since that’s made in a separate location. there’s wifi available so you can sit and do work. the coffee is great and there’s no extra charge for milk substitutes. there’s also a cute outdoor seating area to unwind while enjoying your drink.

Always enjoy our visits. Large selection of coffees individually prepared by the baristas. Had the cappucino last week and it was a real treat. Baristas are very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of pastries. A real coffeehouse atmosphere.

What a neat place. I’m in the area visiting a friend and wanted to try a local coffee shop. Found this one and it didn’t disappoint. I had the peppermint mocha, which was delicious. Then, I tried the avocado toast and that was so good!

When i go to watch the sunrise on the beach, on my way leaving i try different coffee shops. This was amazing it had the bold coffee taste and they have teas too, will be back they do carry honey too for the tea lovers.

If you are in DelandFl and want to drink a really good coffee, you can’t miss this coffee shop. Great location.

First time passing DeLand and so glad to have found Trilogy. Great tasting beans in a relax coffee house atmosphere. Easy parking right across the road.

So happy I found this place!!! Some of the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. Really cool historic area.

Tucked away on a side street, this place is a small shop with a surprising amount of seating, a small menu, and the occasional pastry or cold treat. They close at 3 on Saturdays, which is unfortunate. Wish they could stay open longer and host musicians.

We take a ride occasionally to try out local coffee roasters because we just love small businesses that create great products. Trilogy has a very good brew on tap,and the beans we took home are outstanding. Wonderful complex brew from Tanzania, definitely a do over.
