Excellent service from the Chatman agency that resulted in me transferring both my Home and Auto to a single insurance company for the first time. Very good with spending time and discussing options to tailor the coverage to our needs. Policy review with renewal was very good as well. Good job in also touching base regarding other possible short and long term insurance and financial services we may need and options on how they can be of assistance.

Since moving from the Northeast to Georgia three years ago. I only had Liberty insurance, but found them to be distant and expensive. I received a post card in February from Acquanette Chatman Agency about the Allstate Insurance savings they could bring to my family since we are now retired. I reached out to the contact information and got a representative who answered all my questions and concerns. At that point they sent me quotes to review for Home and Auto policies. They were very professional and saved me a substantial amount of money, prompting me to leave Liberty's expensive options.
