The cleanest place , bathrooms amazing , customer service amazing and extremely friendly. Safe place to come to all the locals are friendly. To the two employees (manger older woman and the younger gentleman) you can tell really cares about there quality of work.

The staff didn't say hi I was standing in front of the hot dog machine waiting because I didn't know it was self served the lady didn't even acknowledge me . Went to cash register and said I would like one of those she got the rudest additude it's do it your self .. from previously working at a gas station that served food I could tell the temp wasn't even check ! And sorry i didn't know it was self served 7-11 checks your temp and serves it when ring you up. is all while training some one to ring up my order maybe he can teach you some customer service. It was 10 am

My husband went inside the store to pay for gas the guy behind the register ask my husband how much and took the $20. My husband came back out I was starting to pump gas in the car and we are talking. The pump stops at $5.00 I told my husband I know you didn’t just put $5 in my car. Thinking it’s a joke he goes back in the cashier tells him he didn’t think my husband wanted $20 in the car so he put the pump on for $5. Well why would he leave or let a person keep $15 dollars in cash. Meanwhile we finally got our gas. It’s sad the cashier wants to pay with customers money.

Too top it off the smells so bad inside 🤮. It’s best to wear a mask inside smell like throw up. This store has gone all the way down. Why would you cook food inside this store why it’s smelling like this and I heard a employee say other employees said they think the smell is coming from either the icy machine or drink machine. They need to go ahead and knock that store down and replace with a nice new one for lake helen folks.very sad

This is a Circle K, and hasn't been a Kangaroo Express in years. The store always has issues with air conditioning breaking. This results in very high temperatures inside the store which melts the candy.
Mold grows in the soda machine. You can see the same chunks of grime on the soda nozzles day after day.
Recently the store has developed a disgusting odor that will make anyone gag when they enter. They say it's a plumbing leak behind the soda fountain. It's been like that for over a month now.
Management has changed constantly over the past few years resulting in a number of issues. It may be time to demolish it and start over

What happened here today is just so uncalled for. I went to pay with my card for 20 dollars of gas inside, my card was approved so I make my way outside to the pump. I go to pump my gas and nothing comes out, im like wow, thats odd I did pay for it. I go back inside and tell the lady working there at the pump is not working, she tells me the payment never went thorough so I explain to her that it did because it said approved on the card reader, and it was taken out of my account. She tells me its on hold, I think to myself, how would you know if its on hold or not, you are not my bank. The pump number signs here at this gas station are so misleading and confusing to read. So now I am out 20 dollars and still do not have my gas. Chances are it went to the wrong pump and someone else took it because like I said the signs here are so hard to read, but the lady still did not do anything about it. I will never be going back to this gas station ever again. Be careful everyone its clear they like to take your money and not give you your gas.

I wish it was possible to leave a review without selecting a star, the experience I just had at this store doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
I just went in for a late night snack. I get there and this girl who is supposed to be working there is sitting outside with this guy and she doesn’t even get up to come into the store.
I’m in there awhile because I can’t make up my mind what I want. Finally, I make my way to the counter with my goodies for the night. And guess what? She’s still sitting outside! After waiting around for a couple of minutes, I just left the stuff on the counter and left. She didn’t even acknowledge me!
We live in Lake Helen and go to this store a lot. But not anymore. I’m done having to deal with her. She is always on the phone or when she does talk, she is always complaining about her job! Really! Give it to someone who wants it and who will earn the paycheck!

I really didn't want to give it a one star rating 😕 the store is a joke ! Very expensive & nothing in that place ever works! I took my daughter there before school to get a cappuccino and nachos with cheese and of course both machines are out of order like it always is!it's a shame! Don't waste your time and money there I give it a zero rating!

The old lady working the register is not only rude, but miserable. A true work of art. I’ll never come back, which is a shame with all the miles I drive and the amount of business they would’ve gotten from me.

I just went there at 930am on a saturday morning and they had one pot of coffee half full and not hot and then the rest of the pots had hot water in them at 930 on a Saturday!!!! Rude employees. I live in lake helen and will never go there again
