Watch out these guys!!!!

Their MVI guys are bad. They opened up lids, caps to inspect and the didn't close them correctly. One MVI guy admitted that he over tighten the riser cap and broke it. The other MVI guy didn't put back the gasket which made water leak in the sump area. I had to call many times just to ask them to make sure to bring new gasket. I paid for all damages they caused and I had to calls so many times begging them to remember to come and fix the issues.

The worst issue was the boot damage and water was in the sump. It could be related to what the MVI guy did when he tried to tighten the screws around the boot after cleaning up water but I was not sure and didn't blame them for that. It took 2 weeks to get a hold of the guy, Jim, to just start looking into the report. It took another 2 weeks to come up with estimate and contract. He said it would be around 10 days. Didn't hear any update from him more than 1.5 MONTH and he didn't even response. I gave up after sending him so many emails with no response. I understand the hurricane might make them so behind but at least giving me update what's going on. This is the WORST service I've ever received.

I don't want to waste my time no more with these guys. I didn't even want to waste my time writing this review since they really don't care anyway. But I do want others to be aware of the issues and hopefully don't get frustrated like me. I saw one 5 stars review from one person with no detail. I don't trust it. It could be one of their guys putting up there.
