Giving one star because Joe Underhill was extremely unpleasant and rude to our realtor when we put multiple offers in for a property on Johnson Lake Rd. In Deleon Springs. He had us jumping through hoops after he decided a construction loan wasn't good enough and requested we took out a different type of loan (home equity) only to not entertain our second offer, which was reasonable, to the seller. The entire process was ridiculous and after giving this guy the middle finger, we bought the property close by for less with more land! Exit might be okay, but dont use Joe.
