Bloom at Jonesboro Apartments

Just moved. Lived there for three years. Very quiet in the area I lived. Beatrice was always helpful and efficient. Maintenance were very efficient. Can't complain.

I give this property 5 stars !! Let me tell you why, first of all
Beatrice in the rent office is awesome ,she gets things done!!!!!! Always there when i need something done in my apartment ! I have NOT had any major problems living here i have no bugs no water leaks no problems at all. They also does a great job keeping the property clean. I love the security we have site at night he is great and does a good job. If you are looking for a nice quiet peaceful and resonable place to live look no further Beatrice is there too help. This is my 3rd year living at The Bloom.

I give them a 5. I moved in last January and I haven't had any major issues living here. Its a nice neighborhood. For the price I feel as though you can't complain. It may not be up2date spankin new but they are remodeling units as people move out definitely. As long as you communicate with the office they will be able to assist you. I will be renewing my lease and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place and you aren't trying to spend an arm and a leg and want a decent neighborhood.

Elizabeth was amazing! I felt very informed and comfortable after leaving. The property matched the excellent service I received. Whether I become a resident or not, Mrs. Elizabeth has left a lasting impression! Not just for the property, but the echelon if service of the staff!

Application process was very easy and clear. Lili was amazing with getting me approved. She’s an angel in the moment of need. Liz made the move in very easy and understandable. They both have AMAZING personalities and are so helpful. I’m glad I made the decision to move here.

Bloom of Jonesboro has an Awesome staff with Allie and team. They are attentive to your needs and understand totally how to make your move in comfortable. This complex is hidden but surely is the best kept secret in Jonesboro. Convenient to plenty of shopping in walking distance and 15 minutes away from the airport.

Lilli the Property Manager was absolutely amazing!! She made sure I knew what I was up against. I was approved every thing was smooth transition and they delivered! Simply amazing!! I feel at home!

I absolutely love these apartments they are updated and a lot of room space which usually find a lot in Georgia. I definitely am considering moving in. I spoke with Liz B and her customer service was outstanding she mad me feel comfortable and answered every question I have. Really am considering moving in thanks a lot Ms.Liz

It's really one of the most safest apartments in clayco (and I've lived in some pretty messed up Apts in clayco). Management/leasing office actually address concerns and maintenance responds quick to requests. It's a quiet neighborhood and everything you really need (especially without a car) is right nearby short walking distance.

This was a blessing lol. Just moved in recently and the process was smooth. Will review again in 90days. I have no complaints. The complex is nice and the neighborhood is friendly so far. The application process was smooth as well. Any questions the office staff will help you. The area is great. It's right next to a lot of stores.

I have lived in Bloom at Jonesboro for almost 4 yrs. The community has really gotten better since i been here. Management (Lili) takes care of the residents always making sure our apts are in great shape by sending the awsome maintenance to fix what needs fixing as soon as possible. They have really improved since Nava Holdings LLC took over. Thanks LILI

I have lived here for almost a month and i like it. The office people are very nice and when i come in for something needing to be repaired it is done quickly. The area is very quiet and feel safe because we have security . Many changes are coming and cant wait. Dont believe everything you hear . The area is safe and its a great place to live .

Mrs. Monfort is a heaven sent. Whenever I am in need of maintenance or anything for that matter she always goes above and beyond to help regardless of the situation!! Renewed my lease because of her💕

Great place to call home. Great maintenance team they do and outstanding job with work order. The property is clean and quiet. Liz and her management team is awesome.

I’ve been living here since November 2018 ... the property is clean and quiet... the staff is great the maintenance is on time to address any problems in your unit... I haven’t seen any rodent or roach problem since being here... The staff is friendly as well as the maintenance ppl

My move in experience was easy! The lady's at the office are great at explaining things in detail..

I really like this place and the office is really polite and overall the location is great also i really like the inside of the apartment.
