Very quick and easy process, everyone in the office was very informative and was on top of their game as far as moving me and my boyfriend in, by far one of the best apartments Ive had.

I like the up keep of the property everything so clean maintenance are on point when you need something done in your apartment all of the staff are awesome Tracie and Jackie are so professional and I love the way they make sure things get done I recommend Belmont crossing to anyone looking for a peace and quiet and clean roach environment I rate them above a five star check them out this is the place to be seriously Donna Barras

The employee was nice as well made it an easy process. The apartment is wonderful and no complaints.

So far my experience with Belmont Crossing has been exceptional. I toured the apartment complex last Saturday with Richard and he was simply amazing throughout the entire showing. Then I got a chance to speak with Ms. Jackie today to continue my application process, and she was very pleasant and extremely helpful.

Just moved to property this week very quiet community Mrs.Tracie was just wonderful with the entire application process the office staff Ms.Jackie and Mr.Willie was very studious and friendly

Amazing and kind staff! It was great talking to Richard the leasing agent he took me on a tour and was very detailed and excited to show me the property. I'm ONLY considering leasing here because of the excellent customer service provided by Richard and Tracy the property manager.

I have been here since 2015 it was under Nals. Its under another property. Its a quiet and nice place. I havent had any problem. The staff do have events during certain holidays. I wish property management would get on these people who throw trash on the ground. I can tell its a different breed of people who the move here. For the most part they do have someone to pick up the trash. These are grown ppl who are doing this. I seen it one day.I still think its a nice place to live😊

I moved to Belmont crossing in 2016 to 2023 I loved my place I hated 2 leave I’m saddened these people are my extended family.they are caring ,professional and I want 2 thank them for all the love over the years I miss y’all so much💯 I stayed n unit 202

I must say Richard Lomax is amazing! He was very knowledgeable with information in regards to what I was looking for. He was so gentle and respectful. He gave me a wonderful tour of the property and answered all my questions to the best of his knowledge. Very honest and transparent. He is definitely what the property was missing. I came to tour the property last year and was very dissatisfied with the service I received but Mr. Lomax assured me that my experience would not be like my last and he was so right. He made me feel confident again that I was going to have a better outcome. The property needs more people like him because he knows how to handle the people. Thank you again for your services.

I recently joined Belmont Properties as a resident. Jackie was the best leasing consultant EVER! She made this whole process go as smoothly as possible. She made sure to answer all questions and even though I'm pretty sure I tore her nerves up LOL she made sure everything was finalized and done for me to move in. I would highly recommend Belmont!

I am beginning my third year at Belmont Crossing Apartments and I really like living here. It is quiet. I feel safe and very well cared about. Though I have had no problems, it is reassuring to know that we have 24 hour security. I don't worry about coming and going at any time of the day or night because, though I don't see the security persons very often, I know that they are here.
I enjoy the wonderful customer service that all of the staff offers. It is very pleasant to go to the office and to be greeted in such a warm and professional manner. The maintenance is done in a timely fashion and the work is high quality.
My neighbors are quite pleasant and I am glad that my sweet little cat is very welcome.
I am very delighted that I found this complex and plan to live here for a long time. I have recommended it to my friends and will continue to do that whenever I hear of someone who is seeking an apartment.

I lived here for 6 years (2011-2017). Tracey, Jan, Jamel, and the rest of the office staff were always welcoming and provided good customer service. Most importantly I felt safe. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a courtesy officer onsite. Maintenance requests were responded to in timely and effective manner. I like the fact that the grounds are always kept cleaned and landscape is tended to. Loved that is a smoke free community as well! The gym is great! Not the typical fitness center like other but full gym with weights/strength training equipment, racquetball court, treadmills, and elliptically. The business center is great way to have access to computer and Internet if you don't have it. Overall it was a great experience for me! I would definitely recommend Belmont Apartments Homes!

I've been a resident for almost a month and I can honestly say everything has been amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and very accommodating. Even when I came in for a tour, it immediately felt like home. Special shout out to Jan; she's the leasing agent who assisted me with my application and movie-in process. Jan is wonderful, so polite, and very thorough.

The community is safe and quiet. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their residents. Looking forward to staying here for at least two years!

Belmont Crossing was the first place my husband and I called home and we loved it! We stayed for 4 years and only left for a better location for work. The neighborhood is QUIET. Jan in the front office is so friendly each time you encounter her; the rest of the staff is friendly too but she stands out. The maintenance responds quickly, and the couple of times we had issues with our heating or air, they came to take care of it. The issues may be due to the age of the property but I don't think that really took away from my positive experience too much. We had issues with ants once early on in our stay, but pest control came out and it was resolved immediately. Overall, if I didn't work so far we probably would've stayed at Belmont a few more years. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking in that area!

Living here was really enjoyable, not like any apartment that I've lived in in Atlanta. The staff was extremely kind from when I was applying to even after I moved out. Shout out to Jan for being the sweetest woman, I stayed there for 12 months and she always remembered my name! I remember that we were having financial issues and they worked with us to make arrangements.They have events for the residents sometimes and send emails about criminal activity. It's a very quiet neighborhood and they have a zero tolerance policy for smoking. The only thing I didn't like were the wooden floors that didn't feel realistic, the commute to the city (an hour on bus), and the gas stoves (note, they don't use electrical ones so you have to pay extra for gas). We also had pipes burst twice but maintenance usually came the same day to fix it. They are pet friendly and have a dog park. The marta stop is close by and they have a lot of stores close by. I definitely recommend this place and it seems like a good for those that like peace and quiet.

I have been living here for approximately seven months and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The leasing agents were helpful all throughout the process of getting my apartment. They were really a joy to work with. I have not ran into any problems while living here. I did have some trouble with my pipes and I used the online system to report it to maintenance. The problem was fixed within the very next twenty-four hours. I really like how I am able to pay my rent online and it can be deducted straight from my bank account. The rent is affordable, especially for students. The complex is only about twenty or so minutes from downtown Atlanta and right around the corner from shopping centers and restaurants. Overall, I believe that this is just a great place to call home.

I lived here for about 6 months. My first day my ac didn't work I called and they came and fixed it the same day. The apartment complex is next to the woods and a swamp so of course there's water bugs everywhere. They would come spray but in Georgia and Florida that's just something you have to deal with is flying cockroaches no matter where you go. The staff in the office were friendly and understanding and honest. I was behind on my rent because i lost my job and the manager was actually understanding and said she wouldn't evict me because most places just think of you and another tenant and I honestly felt treated like a human here. I used the 24 hour gym quite often and walked almost all hours of the night with my dog for exercise and was never bothered by anyone. The gym is a pretty good sized gym. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood and the gate is left up but sometimes security would check each person that comes through the gate. Never had any issues I lived on the 2nd floor. The people upstairs were a little noisy sometimes but it's an apartment complex so you should expect stuff like that sometimes. Security also drove around and walked throughout the neighborhoods every night and parks in the front to watch everyone that comes and goes. The apartments are very spacious and great sized walk in closets. This was my second apartment complex I've ever lived in and can honestly say I enjoyed living here. If I would've found another job I would've stayed. Anytime I ever had a maintenance issue they came that day or within the next two days and fixed the issues. The fireplace gives the apartment a nice touch. Everything is kept clean outside and i would recommend anyone to live here.

Where do I start ? I've been a resident here for almost 10 years, reasons being is I have great neighbors, a nice spacious apartment, extremely professional maintenance staff, visible courtesy officers at all times of the day and night. The grounds are always kept clean and maintain. The office staff are top notch professionals, they are caring and very on point. I can't find any reason to complain about living here.Thank you Belmont Crossing for making my home a place I look forward to coming home to.

I have no issues with front office staff. They learn you by name if they see you enough. (Not just me, I've experienced several resident get the same courtesy). Any time I have an issue, if any, its immediately fixed. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartments are well kept. I keep a lot of odd working hours and dont feel unsafe walking to my car. The apartments are really nice for the price as well. Ive been a resident for four years. They plan events for residents to get.to know their neighbors.
