My experience with Daniel was outstanding, I call yesterday about my garage was flooded and Daniel came to look at it within couple hours and the next day he was back with a water heater to replace my water heater. All I can say well done Daniel. We need more people like you that will go beyond to assist others many thanks.

From the time I called to when the job was complete was only 4 hours. Very fast and efficient! We had a leak down by the road and they were able to identify the problem immediately. They had every thing they needed in the truck and were able to immediately start working. They replaced the water main shutoff valve and meter check valve. Thank you!

I see why they have 5 stars! We had a plumbing issue last November right after Thanksgiving. We called a few plumbers and no one was able to come out. I did a Google search and found First Priority Plumbing. I felt good with their reviews. I called them and they came in a few short hours. They fixed my issue, but they also pointed out we needed to repair the sewer pipe because it was bent and that was the reason for our plumbing issues with the backups. Daniel gave us a fair and honest price to repair the pipe.
We called them back a couple of months later. They showed up on time and replaced the pipe in a timely manner. It was a MAJOR repair as they had to remove a section of our sidewalk and two of our bushes with a Bobcat. But they were so patient and professional! They even gave us a warranty on the work. They also referred us to a concrete company that could pour us a new concrete for the section of the sidewalk they had to remove. Even the concrete company had a fair price and was also professional. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and they are now my go to plumbing company if ever needed.

Thanks a lot Daniel! 1 of kind plumber right here. I had no water for the 3 days. I called multiple plumber to come repair the busted main water pipe that runs to the house and not one of them wanted to take on the job because the pipe was next to a tree. All they can tell me is to run a whole new line to the house without charging me an arm or leg. Thank god I found Daniel, being a mastered plumber that he is he took on the job with little explanation needed. Thanks again! Will definitely recommend this business to anyone that needs plumbing issue fix.

Called Daniel at First Priority about valve issue with a Toilet came out the same day and repaired it quickly, before leaving I asked for a quote on replacing my 21 year old water heater, he explained the differences and quality of water heaters by the manufacturers which helped me make an informed decision as well as gave me confidence that he wanted to do a quality job with ensuring my satisfaction. I accepted his quote and he returned several days later and in short order replaced the water heater. He and his apprentice made sure to work cleanly and efficiently and then explain to me all the work completed and how to operate the new heater. I highly recommend First Priority!

Highly recommend! They provided same day service and very knowledgeable service men. I really appreciated the explanation of what had gone wrong with the water leak and was glad that they were able to diagnose it and fix it in the same service call. I had problems with an underground sprinkler system and the water shut off valve. They showed me what was wrong and how to work the valve shut off after they installed it. All in all, I think they did a good job.

Yesterday, while working in the front yard, I discovered a water leak next to the water meter. My first instinct was to call one of the big plumbing companies that I have seen advertised, and I was seconds away from making the call. Then I thought back to an experience I had several years ago when I needed to have our A/C unit replaced and the big company I called sent a flashy sales guy to try to woo us with sales pitches and can’t-miss deals that would expire if we didn’t decide to use their company at that very second. With that in mind, I did a Google search and found First Priority Plumbing. They had great reviews, they were local, and they were at my house within 20 minutes to diagnose the problem. Daniel and his son, Dorin, laid out the problem, gave me a price, and got to work as soon as I agreed to the price. Daniel then checked further down the system and noted several others issues that were directly related to the water leak and recommended that those issue be addressed, although there was no pushy insistence that I need to do it right away and that he was the only man for the job. Based solely on how Daniel presented himself and how he treated me as a potential customer, I felt comfortable that he was being honest and forthright, and I agreed to have him address the other concerns. The job was completed in a timely manner, he was clean, and he went through everything with me after finishing. Daniel also apologized for not having a booty on his shoe after it ripped and he had to get a new one. Something so simple says a lot about the integrity of someone.

A neighbor of mine recently had a plumber out to her house, and I quipped that it is never a good day when a plumbing truck is in front of your house. I still agree with that statement, but if I have a plumbing emergency, First Priority Plumbing is the only company I will call.

We had a water leaking issue from bath tub due to the valve was damaged. It was so urgent and I called multiple plumber companies but non of them were able to come same day except Daniel. It was big thanks to him. Fix was very professional and he suggested for potential issues so this may not happen again. Also he using a sturdy material, not a low quality materials. Also the cost was reasonable compared to the plumbing company around Dacula/Buford area. Big thanks to First Priority!

They came out at the provided time. Very friendly and nice to work with it. They were able to diagnose the problem and replace the pressure valve and expansion tank on my hot water heater within an hour.

Best honest plumber I have run into in over 15 years. Emergency work on my clogged septic line. Called at 9:30 pm and they were onsite by 10:30 the next day. Would HIGHLY recommend them for future plumbing needs. I was a commercial superintendent for the last 20 years and life would have been so much easier if I had these guys on subcontractor basis.

This company has come out to fix multiple plumbing issues at our house. They always reach out in a timely manner and come out as soon as they can. They are fair, knowledgeable and honest and I will continue to use them!! You won’t regret giving them a call.

Daniel was great! It was a last minute emergency leak of outside hose pipe. After calling other plumbers with no success, Daniel picked up immediately and was at my house troubleshooting the leak. It was fixed within the hour! He even rerouted the original piping cause it was routed "stupidly" by contract plumbers.

Daniel was very professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. He was able to come within a couple of hours of my calling. I appreciated that he wore shoe covers before entering my house and also wore gloves. I’ve had past service people enter my home and not want to wear shoe covers even though I had them available and I’ve had past plumbers come in and be very unsanitary (no gloves, no hand washing). I do wish the service was a tad more affordable for a simple toilet issue but overall I am very happy.
