The owners and staff are always so welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and are a great help in figuring out what you might want if you’re new. I love the shakes and specialty teas so much, I’m here almost daily. Everything always tastes great and this has really helped me stay on track with my nutritional goals. I’m no longer tempted to run by a fast food chain; Old Mill is a one stop shop for meal replacement shakes and teas!

The best protein shake I’ve had in a long time. This beats planet smoothie or smoothie king 10 out of 10.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The teas and shakes are amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. I stop here every day on my way to work and it is the perfect place to get my morning energy and support a small local business! The owners are so sweet and always answer all of my questions. I love trying new flavors and I always look forward to the little motivational things they write on their cups! If I could give them 10 Stars I would! :)

Wide variety of meal replacement shakes and teas available. I tried the wedding cake one (the right shake in picture) while my sister tried the salted caramel (the left). We both enjoyed it after our afternoon workout, and the staff is very friendly!

Needed a quick stop otw to CHOA bc I didn’t get to stop at my usual spot and my drink wasn’t on the menu but, they still made it! Service was great and the atmosphere was awesome! Would definitely go back if I’m in the area again!

Old Mill has amazing meal replacement shakes and very tasty teas! Had an excellent experience with the staff. They knew their products and were very helpful with the questions that were asked. It was very busy when I went in and they apologized for the wait, as it is a to make order. Meaning they don’t make your drink until you order. I have to drive an hour, so I only make it once a week. I went to a sister store closer to me and the customer service and drinks did not compare! Not hoot at all. Can’t wait to get back there next week. My only issue with Old Mill, is trying new teas! They have so many flavors! I want to try new but end up with my regular, so I guess that is really my problem not theirs. Thank you, y’all rock!

I love Old Mill Nutrition! The shakes are delicious but the loaded teas save the day! The inspirational messages on the cups are an added bonus!! I love using the app so my order is ready upon arrival. Great place! Great staff!

Very helpful and informative staff. I really enjoyed the Yellowstone and can’t wait to go back. The cucumber lime tea was also very tasty - hot and cold!

I have started drinking these loaded teas and love them. The staff is always so cheerful and I’m always wanting to try a different drink everytime I come in and there also so helpful when I can’t decide!

Loaded Tea is the best thing. This spot is new and always busy so I knew it would be good. I go several times a week and switching to meal replacement shakes in am has helped my weight loss journey.

My gf and I went there the other day and the customer service was excellent. The ladies were super helpful and welcoming with great hospitality. It was my first time ordering a meal replacement drink and I didn't know what to get or which direction to go. After a few answered questions and guidance from the girl at the counter, the bahama breeze was the way to go!
