Red Lobster

Our server Rocky was exceptionally great. The service was excellent and on point. He was very attentive to us. Was on time with our orders and had a great attitude. The best service I have had in a long time. His manager was also involved with his employees and was seen in the restaurant. Very nice experience.

Great Customer Service great food and drinks hot and fresh

My boyfriend and I went here Friday night the server was great she took very well care of us. I felt kind of bad because it started picking up while we were there and it appeared they are short staff. So evethough it took a little longer to get what we needed she definitely tried her best. But the only complaint I really has is we ordered an appetizer and never got it. Our food came out first and we were almost done eating our meal when we realized we never got our appetizer. We asked the server why it was taken so long and she stated all night the appetizers have been taken longer than usual. So I figured it was due to no staff in kitchen. I even heard 2 other customers complaining about why it's taken so long for their appetizers and the server told them the samething she told us. But good news she took it off our bill and we weren't charged for it. But took care of us as far as the inconvenience and gave us the same meal we order to take home which she didn't have to do but it was appreciated. We spent a lot of money. So because of her great customer service we gave 5 star verses the 3 stars I was going to do at first. I wish I had her name she told us it twice but we were sitting at table right next to the kitchen.

I was immediately seated and approached by my server, Genesis. My order was quickly taken, the Cedar Bay biscuits, beverage, a Langastin Shrimp Baked Potato and Roasted Balasamic Brussel Sprouts. The service was very good. I haven't visited this location in a while but I will probably spend more time there. I love the opportunity to share as a Travel business owner.

Everything was good except the service. It was my birthday and he rushed us out and said the kitchen was closed so we couldn't get any more bread. It was 9.15. We couldn't even get dessert. He made my son and I felt like we were bothering him.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in, seated in less than two minutes even though they were busy. The entire staff that we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful. Our server Ne Ne was awesome. She was kind, courteous, knowledgeable about the menu and served everything promptly. That was appreciated.The food came out quickly, looked great, and every bite was absolutely delicious.Thank you! The bathroom as we as the entire restaurant was very clean. This is by far, the best Red Lobster I've ever dined at. I hope to return often so please stay consistent. 5 stars.

Second visit to this location. Service and food quality today was excellent. Every place can be hit and miss. Today was definitely a hit. Shaun my waiter was great.

A quiet place for dining in. Good parking. Easy in and out of the place. Food is affordable. Go there with a hungry stomach so you can finish your order.servicecwas excellent. Music is on the background but does not disrupt a conversation. Recommended.

My Waitress and the Assistant manager was awesome to me and my guest, The service and food was so outstanding I forgot to ask them their names.... I visited last Tuesday afternoon around 2pm.. To the area GENERAL MANAGER # STORE #55 IS THE BEST IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA....

Everything was great! I loved it.

Me and my best friend went there to have lunch.I ordered the UltimaFeast and she got something else my sides were glazedbrussels sprouts and loaded lobster mashed potatoe well I got one lobster chunk in my mashed potatoe so my server went back talk to the manager. They redid it and this time I got two lmao. We all laughed. At least it was one more than the last. Overall. I enjoyed the atmosphere. My Server and Service was great. I will be back. Maybe next time I will graduate up to three. Lol🤣🤦🏽‍♀😁😜😃😃

The food and service was amazing. There's plenty of parking spaces handicap accessible. Cozy for date night as well as family and children. Restrooms on sight. Highly recommend to others. Tara Blvd Southside. Friendly Staff.

Our server was great. Darren or Derrick im not sure exactly because I’m terrible with names sorry. But he had locks in his head & it was faded in the front. He was really accommodating. It was my sons 8th birthday. My son was so pleased with his service he wanted to give him a tip from his birthday money 🥰 it was so nice. Also it was my sons first time at Red Lobster. He said it’s his favorite now. The runners were nice & pleasant. We enjoyed this dinner. 10/10 Thank you all

No one was up front to seat my family and I for at least 5 minutes. I stopped a server as she came from the back. She went and found the female and sent her up front to seat us. The server was great! The salmon meal I ordered was great as well. My kids had shrimp scampi, and they loved it. My server made sure we had hot cheesy biscuits on the table and drinks refills without asking. She was awesome. I forgot her name, but I definitely tipped her well.

We originally went to the one in McDonough service was terrible people were waiting at least 45min to 1hr for food so we walked out and came here service was fast and server was friendly and curtious food was hot and good we will most likely come back here from now on unless they start slipping

Nice, cozy place to dine and wine with friends and family.
They still follow the covid hygiene stuff.
Overall excellent service and food

Al is the best bartender/waiter. The service was A1 today. When you go to Red Lobster ask for Al. You will love him!!!

I ordered this shrimp love's dream and they redone the plate and set me a new one , so everything worked out great. 2/14/2024

My wife and I went to red lobster 🦞 on Tara Blvd today. Mrs Deborah Penn gave us excellent customer service 👏🏿 👌 👍🏿 😀. If you are on that side of town please ask for her.
