They don’t explain what they are doing. I feel they are scamming our elderly and you can never get a hold of anyone from their office. The elderly may be a paycheck to your company and agent, but they are our loved ones and do not deserve to be taken advantage of. I believe I am gonna have to report and file a complaint with the insurance commission in regards to how the operate business. I have made several attempts to reach out to them and have issue resolved, but no one will return any messages So the insurance commission and my attorney are the only options I have left.
