We were in need of a rental car to drive down to Orlando for a funeral. Mr. Lou made a way for us into a car that does well in gas. We had no issues. He is such a nice man. We really appreciate him and I would definitely rent a car with him again. Custom service was impeccable. He makes you feel like family.
