Went to the Mac store inside of Macy’s of Southlake Mall on September 29, 2023 and was greeted by Melissa. She was so understanding and honest. They did not have a product that I usually purchase, but she suggested something else and it turned out great. Thank you for taking the time to find my correct match for my foundation. Your customer service did not go unnoticed. Keep up the great work! Stay awesome!

I came in expecting the regular Macy pricing but I saw an advert for 30% off although not on all items.
I checked round picked a few items and went below the ground floor and saw that there was a BACK STAGE things here were extremely cheap. In short with the pricing I saw even if i didn't get the 30% discount I felt better.
I never intended to spend the whole day there or do much purchase but I ended up so, because items were good and very affordable.

Went to the backstage section first. Didn't find much there. Went to the main store and found 2 great dresses for my daughter's wedding. Very pleased with Macy's!!

Yes I end up being here for hours with mama Sand. The stylist Toyin was so helpful I mean I wasn't trying to spend no money but I love a Brahmin and those Christmas boots were to die for . I had to have em. Thanks for a great day

Love shopping at this Macy’s Johnetta the manager was helpful in assisting me with a large purchase. Johnetta and Annette had amazing customer service with my purchases. Please stop by and ask for these two ladies whom will go above and beyond to support you in your personal shopping experience.

Last minute shoppers, out towners created massive crowd.(Great for the city) I had a pretty good shopping experience .The mall had Atlanta finest APD and security guards throughout Mall. Thanks

Picked up cute pillows for my niece (elephant) and nephew (puppy) for Christmas. Super cute, ordered online and was notified they were ready for pickup.
