Avis Car Rental

I have been meaning to send this review for a few months, but I am glad that I am sending this now. Contrary to the reviews I actually now only want to use this location. My experience happened on April 16th. I ordered a vehicle after leaving another Avis for unsatisfactory service. When I arrived to the location, the vehicle that I ordered was not available. Of course initially I was upset, however the owner of the location went out of her way to call me and to call the company to see if there were other vehicles available. She called me personally to see if she could help. I had never experienced anyone that cared that much. Her compassion won me over as a customer and now I will go out of my way to come back.

I rent from this office frequently, and have so far not been disappointed. This time they did not have the full size car I needed. So they offered me an Explorer instead. The man on that day asked me if I was going to drive far, and said it needed an oil change soon. I told him where I was going and he arranged with Sears to get the oil changed, and would call me later to pick it up which he did. Great service and foresight to make less hassle for me. This is one of the reasons I rent from this location and from Avis. I rented again this Thanksgiving and was not disappointed this time either. Got a Toyota Avalon and it was great.

Mike was kind and courteous and great to work with. Quite knowledgeable about Avis business. Thank you, Sir. The Northlake Mall is a convenient location though confusing on some sites as they list the old Sears Auto Center as an Avis rental and pickup location. This Avis location is found just through the Food Court doors. Open on Saturdays until 12 noon.

I was really pleased with the car selection that I was given. Additionally, I was running late to pick up my rental, but I called Tony and he was very accommodating. He's always respectful and courteous. I appreciated his service.

The Northlake Mall location in Tucker, GA provides EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

Over the years Avis has met my rental needs. It has been a seamless process. The Northlake Atlanta location has friendly agents and gave me personalized service. I will be visiting again.

Avis Tucker location ... When I called the location, I was greeted perfectly for the type on frustration that I was carrying because my car wasn't available. He was so polite and efficient. I was in there and out there in a reasonable time.

I didn't rent from this location. I actually rented from the Northlake Mall location. Everything was very quick and easy. The car was very nice but it did need a alignment though.

Excellent hide away for a rent car service!! I did not have any problems or extra fee's attached when renting under my company. Thank you again for the outstanding service and clean car.
