Quality Shoe Repair has the best marketing EVER. They bought three vehicles and turned them into shoes: a boot, a stiletto and a regular heel. These contraptions are arresting!
And their work is old-world quality. They have repaired four of my ancient Dooney & Burke bags and did a caring, expert job.
And they are THE BEST place to get your knives sharpened in the southern sector of Las Vegas. Once after I brought one of my cleavers home, I sliced my finger by barely grazing it. I looked like I was part of The Bear. They sharpen the knives while you wait. Always a good thing since you don't have to make a second trip.
This is a family business. The son John learned the trade from dad.
Everyone is polite and knowledgeable.
Note: They are NOT inexpensive. But hey you get what you pay for!
There is plenty of parking. There's usually a spot right up front.
When I pay top dollar for a handbag, (which I did in the early 2000s), I want to enjoy it as long as possible. I know where to go when it needs help.

Magnificent work repairing a vintage leather jacket from the 70s. It looks and feels fantastic. You can't see the new stitches. It will last another 50 years. My son loves it.fixed. it was his favorite. We thought it was done for. A wonderful Christmas present .

I went to “Quality Shoe Repair” store in Henderson.

Super impressed with the service here. They're being very underrated, in my opinion. After 3 years of waiting with what to do with my broken Coach purse, as sending to Coach would have taken 3 months and $180 (I believe it was), they had my bag fixed in two days for $50. They even tacked down the curling edges of the straps to look more sleek. I wish I had taken pictures to do a before and after picture. Sure the straps aren't as shiny like the original design but they're black leather which should now last forever. Not sure why Coach makes a handbag with leather straps then attached them to cheap vinyl to make handles...oh wait it's so you have to spend more money to have them fix it later if they even still have the parts to do so. Best of all besides no fuss service you get a free estimate and, as I stated previously, awesome results.

I have very specific Sewing Scissors engraved because I’m a Costume Designer in Hollywood, working in Vegas this Summer. I’m really picky* about these scissors ✂. ❤ Love these guys, wow they cut like Butter 🧈. And such a good shop, tons of machines, purses, boots, really nice Owners. Highly recommend A++

Great service. Had them add vibram soles to my YSL flip flops, Valentino platforms, and YSL stilettos to get longer life out of them. They did a great job. Haven't been disappointed with their work.

Amazing! I brought a luggage bag here to be replaced on warranty and they did it promptly and even called to get the luggage company to fork over the cash so I didn't have to battle them.... all with excellent and flvery friendly service!

They repaired an older pair of cowboy boots for me. Some stitching was required plus the replacement of the insole. They did a very nice job. Now I don't have to break-in a new pair. Thanks

QualityShoe Repaired my favorite Johnston and Murphy pair of dress shoes. I had worn a hole in the bottom of my left shoe and they replaced both soles an refinished the leather top and they look fantastic. They feel like the first time I ever put them on I can not believe what a great translation they did to my shoes. Thanks I love them.

I’m from Alaska and Brought in an old canvas bag that I use for traveling. This bag has been to more countries than most people. It had all kinds of holes and tears and broken zippers, snaps, clamps, clasps etc. It was a mess. But this place fixed it like brand new!! I couldn’t believe it!! It looks so good, just like when I bought it and I love it!! The service was friendly and FAST!! Because my flight leaves the next day and I couldn’t way for days and days. The young gentleman at the counter was such a delight, so personable and helpful. I highly recommend this family run place. Thank you!! Super happy about my bag !!

They were great to work with. They came and picked up our couches and totally rebuilt and fixed them in only a matter of a few days. They look as good as new. They were also very fair on their pricing. We are happy with our experience.

I've been using this place for many years.
They have fantastic boots and a lot of Angelus products. If you need Dye's go to Blick art supply though.

This go around I had them fix shell toes on my custom Adidas. (Yes, they're supposed to be white on black soles) Not sure of the gentleman I spoke with but, he said shouldn't be more than $50, a week n half went by and I didn't get a call. They ended up being more to repair ($75) using the donor pair I brought in.

They've done wonderful work on my dress shoes. I will always go back to these guys.

Outstanding service ! We had some threat coming loose on our leather couch and I called Quality. They were friendly and professional from the start. They picked up the couch and fixed it and deliver it same day. I cannot say how pleasantly surprised we were that it was even an option. The couch look like a brand new couch ! This place is absolutely tremendous. The boots I dropped off to be resoled weren't wrecked but they were pretty rough (9 years wear, worn smooth on the bottom). They came back looking like a new boot. The sewing on the soles is very tidy, whatever reconditioning they do is magic, they've been nicely polished.

The price was terrific, turnaround was absolutely bonkers fast (just over 1 day), and the young guy at the front is an absolute gem - before I could even tell him I left my ticket at home the guy recognized me and was grabbing my boots for me. Just top tier friendly service from both him and the lady I spoke with on the phone.

Everything I have with a Goodyear welt is about to go through this shop.

I come from a country where shoes and leather are re-soled and bags repaired rather than tossed. These people are old school craftsmen. I drive across town to bring my repairs to them. And I recommend them to everyone. There's nothing they can't recreate or repair.
