REBEL Convenience Stores

The soda machine was acting up and not giving out a good Coke. So I mentioned it to the guy behind the counter and he said he worked on it for 3 days to finally get it changed and fixed. And now the sodas are wonderful, thank you.

Love Jeff, always has a smile on his face and is very nice.

The name kinda threw me at first!!! But love the gas prices and the variety of snacks and food options! The staff at the location I go to are ALWAYS very friendly! Big Thumps-up

The clerk on site at approx. 02:00 am on 24 Feb 2024 was incredibly rude. She was demanding and impatient beyond a reasonable degree.
Abysmal service.

Leah with the missing teeth is so disrespectful I just ended up leaving the store. You can tell she’s on drugs and the store manager just lets her talk to customers in a terrible way. Worst gas station

I'm currently sitting at your gas station on marks and warm springs in Henderson Nevada with no gas ..... I ran out upon pulling in thankfully!!!
I park at pump 13 go inside and there is no one..... After a couple minutes some lady runs out saying sorry and I told her I need 20 on pump 13 and when I hand her my money ( 2 rolls or quarters ) she tells me no ! "I don't need change" and tells me oh well I don't need change .... And runs back to the back .....
Completely horrible service and money is money I have 20 in quarters it's the same as a $20 dollar bill! And now I'm not even able to get gas .... Stuck at 3 am at your pump ..... But wait now she is telling me I need to leave ..... I just told her the situation and she followed it up with sorry but if you cant leave she was going to call the police ..... Wow that's awesome...

HORRIBLY RUDE AND PREJUDICED WOMAN working the graveyard shift. I went into the store to buy a phone charger. She rolled her eyes at me and demanded what kind of charger. I asked her for the C cord and she yanked it off the shelf and flashed it to me. I asked her to see it again to make sure it was the right one because she clearly didn't care. She flashed it to me quickly again and I didn't have my glasses on so I asked her to show me correctly??? She refused and I told her I didn't appreciate being spoken to that way. She then tells me that she won't sell me anything and tells me to leave???? I'm literally standing there with my debit card, my phone is dead and I need to charge it in my car. She said "No one gets to talk to me all rude and crazy and expect to get helped." Literally all I said was that I didn't appreciate being spoken to like that. I ACTUALLY EVEN APOLOGIZED!!! She then goes on to say "I accept your apology and I'm not helping you, I will call the cops if you stay trespassing here." I'm a paying customer..... it's shocking and I have NEVER experienced this. I wore Halloween makeup and I'm Hispanic so she must have profiled me and treated me like a second class citizen. Don't go here.
