I went to use the air machine for my tires, the machine was lit up as it was in service but the screen you couldn’t read it was unreadable so I was unable to get the machine working. I walked into the chevron store in the Smiths parking lot and walked up to the gentleman at the counter. At the time he was leaning on it socializing with a young lady standing to the side, and before I could finish my sentence to ask about the machine the gentleman said “ before you go any further, we are not in charge of the air machine.” I then said well it was set up like it was but the screen I couldn’t read it to finish selection of air” I then explained to him that there wasn’t a sign posted on it and for other customers maybe he should all he said was my apologies that’s it.

One star because everytime I've gone to gas up, the card reader never works and I have to go inside. I've lived in this neighborhood for 7 years. And never fails to not work. Can they fix it? And it's not my card I've gotten new ones and tried.

‪I just waited in like for over 2 hours for this scumy gas station to tell me I didn’t make it for the 60¢ gas promotion! Never will I go to Terrible Herbst again!

This place is never open when you need it to be. The clerk was literally hiding in the store with the doors locked.
