Hotel Roxy Lofts

My experience has been nothing short of a 5 star! I had the opportunity to have the Manager Qua help me from start to finish and he went above and beyond to find the perfect place for me according to my wants for my apartment. He has provided me with the best customer service! I love the community and all of the neighbors are super friendly. So happy I chose this community. Thank you so much!

The management is very sweet and accommodating. I lived here for a year and I loved the location! It is pricey but not surprising for Midtown right next to Georgia Tech. It's only downfall I would say is the maintenance technician. He is very unprofessional

First off The Roxy isn't impressive to me great location. Right across from Georgia Tech. When there's a game things get real complicated if you're driving so don't. Now 650 sq ft $1200-$2100 1 or 2 bedrooms only. Honey I can find something else to spend my money on. They say Lofts hmm you're living over a Sushi Bar, Wings Restaurant, a Roxy sign store and something else. Rent in Atlanta is crazy as hell. It's purposely done to price people out. The Roxy is located on Means Street and Marrietta Street can't miss it old building with Roxy Hotel on the side and retro sign on roof. I wasn't impressed.

I never lived here but tried for months to view the location for renting. When I arrived to finally view the space a maintenance employee answered the phone and told me to not bother.
