5/5 stars for RIVIER CUSTOM JEWELRY and Nancy. I had a Seiko from my dad and a Seiko from my grandfather that I'd been sitting on for months, needing to be fitted and batteries replaced. I found RIVIER CUSTOM JEWELRY, and they had me in and out the door in 25 minutes. I appreciate that they even set my watches' time, day, and month. As I was in the store, a few necklaces caught my eye. Nancy was so attentive and patient, helping me evaluate the different styles and types of chains. I was gravitating toward a few chain-link styles, and Nancy was prepared to note the style, metal, and dimensions needed to have it ready for me the next week. However, Nancy did end up helping me find a chain that met my specific criteria in the store that day! Thanks to RIVIER CUSTOM JEWELRY, I purchased my first chain, one I plan to wear for life. This will be my jeweler of choice in the metro Atlanta area for years to come.

I don’t know where to start from because I have nothing but good things to say about nancy and her husband , they are super dedicated to every piece they work in , and very selective about the jewelry they bring into their store , they’ve managed to work with my ideas and create exactly what I’m looking for , from my name with diamonds, to my necklace with kids name , my hoops are deff one of a kind , to cleaning my rings , the most humble people I’ve ever came across , extremely professional and loving couple ! The pictures don’t give their work enough credit ! If I could I’d give them 10 stars . I love them

This is our go to jewelers. They have fixed a few of our rings, sized others, and designed one for us. Every piece of jewelry they make is GORGEOUS. The family who operates the store is very nice, professional, and does the best for their customers.

I wanted to find a good, honest jeweler in town and my search led me to Rivier. Typing that out feels weird because I no longer call them Rivier, I call them family.

The first thing I did with them was get a watch sized, and that simple service told me everything I needed to know about Nancy and her husband. They make you feel like the most important person in the world, regardless of the amount of money being spent. I came back wanting a custom bracelet, because I couldn’t find it anywhere to my specific wants (Gucci link - rose gold - solid - 7mm). They were very honest and open about every part of the process and even talked me out of things that could’ve made them more money, but they didn’t think would do the piece justice. Oh, and they also brought me coffee from their farm in Costa Rica. ❤

I have already started my second custom piece with them, and the process has been as expected. I find that I need to stop going by there, because every time I do I want to get something done 😂. But Rivier is family!

My fiancé researched places that could make a new piece with existing diamonds. We chose Rivier because the work they do is not only extremely impressive but the people are amazing to work with and so kind. I can’t express how thankful I am for their quality of work and just how happy I am with my engagement ring. I’m coming here for repairs to my jewelry and making new pieces. This place is a hidden gem and Nancy is phenomenal to work with.

My wife recently died. I wanted to use her wedding ring to create a necklace for her mother to remember her. The necklace could also be passed on to future generations.

I have never had any custom jewelry made, but lucky for me I found Rivier. Rivier is owned by a very nice couple, Nancy and Jorge, which are a husband-and-wife team.

My wife loved moons and stars, which was reflected in her jewelry. I gave Nancy the concept of what I wanted for a necklace and showed her some of my wife’s other jewelry and some pictures. Nancy asked for a few days to come up with a design that would be special for my wife’s mom and the entire family.

She came up with the idea of using a locket with my wife’s picture inside. It was a perfect idea!

The moon and star on the locket were made from the gold from the wedding ring. The diamond was also the diamond in wife’s mom’s wedding ring. The diamond from the ring is mounted in the center of the star.
My wife’s mom loved it and so did the rest of the family.

Nancy and Jorge made something really special. I felt a real connection with them. It was so much better than any experience you would get from some big, soulless jeweler.

This jewelry Store is absolutely amazing! I came into have my jewelry cleaned and they did a spectacular job, you could really tell the detail of cleaning (boy were they dirty :) As well, I don't know her name, but the lovely lady in the front is so sweet. Her customer service is outstanding. Thank you Rivier! I hope to be once a life long customer.

I just can't say enough great things about this custom jewelry store and the kind folks that own it. We went in with an idea for a custom necklace. They took they idea, gave us their professional opinions on what would work best (metal, design, etc) and created it quickly and expertly. I truly could not be more pleased with what they created. A white gold necklace with a circle and inset diamond. It is beautiful and they made it in under a week!! The cost was extremely reasonable.

Finally found an experienced jeweler who made a 27 inch Cuban Link platinum chain for me. Craftsmanship was very detailed oriented. Nancy is very friendly and provided great design ideas. Gerald’s custom craftsmanship as jeweler was exceptional in executing the design idea. It’s very hard to find an actual jeweler trained in making custom designs and I’m glad I found Rivier Custom Jewelry after searching for two weeks. After seeing their work, I’m getting an additional custom platinum pendant made as well. I would highly recommend them for your jewelry needs!

I spent several weeks trying to track down a local jeweler who would make custom cufflinks for my wedding. I talked to probably half the jewelers in the city and was lucky enough to come across Rivier. Nancy was a tremendous help and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, when I needed it. The pieces came out perfectly and I would recommend Rivier for anyone looking for a personable jewelry purchase experience.

Nancy and Gerald at Rivier Custom Jewelry were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process! I went here to get a custom made engagement ring and my fiancé loved it! The ring was impeccable! This place has great quality pieces as well as the ability to make custom pieces. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommended this place for your jewelry needs.

Hands down one of the best jewelry store I’ve been to, not only do they have beautiful modern pieces but their customer service is outstanding as well! I felt nothing but good vibes when I walked into their store. I also had a special custom necklace made by them and they made it look exactly how I pictured it and they got it done way sooner than expected, I was very impressed! Will definitely be coming here for future purchases!

To preface this, I typically don't leave reviews unless I am particularly surprised by the business. In this case, I am shocked. We ordered a men's wedding band on their website. We did a very short prep civil ceremony, we ordered the ring on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived Thursday. Quick shipping is beginning to be expected by online shopping, so to some that may not be that special. But 30 minutes after my order Evelyn reached out to me via email, congratulated us, let me know the ring will be shipped out immediately and really made it a comforting online purchase. Then Wednesday she went another step further, checked in personally, let me know it was shipped, gave tracking numbers more kind words... I was incredibly happy with my choice to go with Rivier. Fast forward to SATURDAY! The day after our wedding, she reached out yet again and congratulated, made sure we were completely satisfied we exchanged a couple more very prompt emails answering some questions and overall it was just a wonderful experience. I can't recommend Evelyn and the rest of the team there enough. Fantastic selection, fair pricing, and the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I will absolutely be using Rivier jewelers again in the future.

So happy to have found this cute little jewelry store that had such a huge variety of different pieces that I have never seen before. I was able to get a custom piece made for my fiancé for Christmas and they went above and beyond to make sure that my vision for the piece manifested. My fiancé was so happy with his bracelet which was totally one of the best gifts that I have ever given him !!! The packaging and presentation of the gift was very impressive. They’ve also sized a ring and replaced missing stones in a pair of my favorite earrings. Customer service is top of the line. I’ve recommended this place to all of my friends. I will definitely continue to come again and again!! I fell in love with the staff they are all very nice people. They seem to really care about your desires and vision. When it comes to creating CUSTOM jewelry they are #1 in my books!!!

A great jewelry store that is full service. A good selection of jewelry. They are excellent at custom work and repairs. I recommend Gerald or Nancy as they are the best around this area.

I Highly recommend Rivier Jewels. I have had pieces repaired, custom made (remarkable quality), rings sized, and estate pieces evaluated for quality (diamonds, gold, sterling, etc.) and estimated retail value. Parking is right in front of the store- 4 steps to walk in. The couple who own this are wonderful and honest.

Highly recommend. They were so sweet and made a custom ring based on a blurry photo that turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Will definitely be back!

I stumbled across them as I was going to #northlakemall and I was needing a wedding ring for my fiance (now wife). I didn't know anything about jewelry, but they guided me and helped me pick out a ring based on her taste. They even customized the ring for me! She LOVED the ring! I'm so glad I found Rivier! I came to them with an engagement ring design I liked that was ridiculously over priced at another major jewelry company. Not only did they recreate the design but also did it in platinum for half the cost it would have been at the big name jeweler. Evelyn was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find a great diamond without trying to upsell me on price. Her dad does all the final detailing on the jewelry himself and did a great job on the ring. My fiance loves the ring hasn't stopped smiling at it! I will be coming here for all my future jewelry.
