A Touch of Gold

Very poor watch service. Similar experience to all the other reviews. My watch back was not properly replaced. It fell off several times. Also, Kris replaced the internal parts of my watch and it stopped working the next day. I returned it to Kris and he kept it for several days and said it was fixed. I picked it up and asked Kris to provide an itemized receipt listing what he had done because I had so many problems and in case I had to return it again- The back kept falling off and the watch wouldn't keep proper time. He wouldn't provide a receipt listing the service he had provided. Very unethical and unprofessional. Save yourself trouble, go somewhere else for your watch repair.

Supported the business before and was very happy with the deal that was given to me for buying two pair of earrings. However I went back to get some gold fangs made and it was done very poorly. Only one tooth came out correctly while the other didn't fit. I inquired about just melting the gold down and making something else and instead of fixing it since they messed up, they tried to charge me $95! I politely declined and just asked for half of the money back since 1 tooth only fits, they declined a refund and gave me some lame excuse. I would suggest not getting grills made here because they do not finish on time and if they mess up they will try and make you come out of pocket more money, mind you they messed up 3 times! Stay away!

Owner failed to properly replace the back of my watch after a battery replacement. Water entered into the watch and now the watch does not work. The owner refuses to properly fix the watch and promises to call as soon as he has a resolution. Its been two months, I've received 0 calls and my watch still doesn't work.

I do not recommend this place to anybody.
The guy doesn't know a thing about watch repair, he lies and has horrible customer service. He got my money and my watch last week, promised 24 hour for repair and my watch is still there 7 days after. He can not figure it out and does not give my money back either. Avoid that place like a plague !!!!

It should be called "A Touch of Mold" because that's what will have grown on your gold caps by the time you get them. Be very wary.
