The care and attention my son received while at Grady Hospital was top notch. We experienced a medical emergency while travelling through from Canada on our way to Florida and the care he received starting from EMS, in the ER and then when he was in ICU was greatly appreciated. The staff were attentive and carefully explained each step along the way. The care he received saved my son’s life. Thank you.

I haven't visited Grady in many years. I was referred to the dermatologist department after years of trying to get answers for a really bad rash. I wish I was wealthy so I could donate something to them. Although they were as puzzled to what was going on they did a skin biopsy and assured me that they would do everything possible to figure it out. Although I have to wait I left feeling more hopeful than I have from the other 6 places I've visited. From the bottom of my heart I'm thankful. ATLANTA CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT GRADY❤

I would like to say Grady is one of the best hospitals here in Atlanta. My husband was hospitalized for almost a month and he received excellent care from the staff on the seventh floor ,7K south they took very good care of my husband the doctors, the nurses even, the people that come in to talk to the patients to uplift them and keep them in good spirits. I’m so thankful he had a great team assisting him all the doctors and especially the nurses and the techs!! Jeree,Kisha, Mooky, Amber, Marie,Isha, Chris, Johnny, Peter, and I’m sorry if I forgot some of the other nurses names but just know, I really appreciate you all for taking care of my husband and I will never forget you guys !!!!The care and the compassion that you showed him in his time of need I would like to say Job Well Done!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi my name is Sonja and I must say although I am a Grady baby, this doesn't mean I will praise Grady. However, my visit today was great. From the paramedics, nurses, doctors, everyone was so polite and professional. I have to give a HUGE thank you to Dr. Ackerman. This Dr. did not let me leave without educating me on my diagnosis. He did not just give me brochures to read but actually took the time to discuss any questions and concerns. He explained everything to me. He is AMAZINGGGGG. I give this visit 5 stars and more. The nurses were very helpful and sincere and I will be returning forever more. The wait time was lengthy but this comes with QUALITY healthcare. I have never seen a team of professionals who truly love what they do and care for their patients well-being. Great job Grady Memorial Hospital and a special great job to Dr. Ackerman

I don’t even have words for how grateful I am for this hospital and their staff. Dr Ingram was a GODSEND for my child and I, and the woman who does social work for the hospital advocated for me the entire way through the most horrible, stressful time of my life. My son was in great hands the moment we stepped foot into this building and I cannot thank them enough for the care they showed my family.

I am more grateful for all of the burn center nurses, doctors, surgeons and entire staff that I could ever formulate words for.

Thank you a million times over.

My Husband went to ER on October30,2023, due to chest Pains. He was there for over 7 hours before they decided to admit him. I will say from the ER to the staff on the 5th floor they were amazing. Due to the fact they see so many patients and do not turn anyone away I understand how it can be overwhelming. I think they need more staff due to the amount of patients they see. I was disappointed that I was not able to stay with him past 8:00. At the end of the Day the staff that worked on my Husband was Great. The Male nurse in the ER name Ken was Amazing and very Knowledgeable.

I had the privilege of working in this safety net hospital during the pandemic. The city of Atlanta truly couldn't survive without Grady. Shout out to the amazing nurses and nurse leaders in 4B! They are compassionate and attentive to the needs of the patients and their loved ones. #Gradystrong

I would like to thank the EMT Victor and his crew on 10/19/2023. I had my baby Oct 15,2023. I was scheduling and appointment for my newborn son which was an pediatrician appointment. When my baby finish being checked out I was finishing filling out paperwork to breastfeed. I bend over to get the document and sharp pain like stab me on both sides then down my back. Then started to have tunnel vision everything was blurry going in and out of focus, bluff sound like ringing in my ear. Pressure where I can feel the vessel in my head got very dizzy. I could not think. Notice I was sweating got very hot, couldn't move, hands started shaking, everytime I got up it got worst. I sat I felt fine but then it happened again when I was walking to lobby to schedule next appt for baby. Legs were lifeless, couldn't hear what the lady was saying. Tried to go sit and fall back into chair.I was so scared. I was put back in the room I was in. Till EMT arrived got there very quick.

Victor was concerned about what happen and at the time I was told to have iron. I didn't know why and what happen. Now I know what happen and I just want him to know because it helps him treat patients and know what to do intill reaching the hospital. I'm in college for human services so I know and having experiences/knowledge can help.According to the discharge anemia, near syncope, postpartum state and UTI. You was correct to ask about any kidney infection because that what was causing my back pain and was affecting my kidney. The Asking the right questions, nice, gentle, making sure the medicine kick in, just brought a house moved to Atlanta helpful with now knowing what county I'm in, I had slow speech, I was confused but gain what was going on like in between, having trouble hearing what they was saying and didn't make me feel awkward like just take your time it is okay, trouble processing the question they where asking me.

I thank you so much. I didn't think it was serious but I am happy I did go to hospital the fact all those risk factors hit at once. Not getting enough iron to my blood receiving oxygen, UTI and low iron/vitals. I'm taking iron and antibiotics.Need to rest, sit and ask for help around the house and baby.

Amazing hospital. Of course the surroundings can get a little crazy, it’s in Atlanta. That’s all you need to know for that part. The staff is wonderful, they are 100% themselves and treat you like family. If you didn’t get good service, ask for someone else’s help, or your transitioning nurse will definitely compensate with the love. Never a dull moment here, but it’s worth the visit if you need help. Would 100% recommend. Amazing trauma center, wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else.

How is this hospital even open? I have my son who's a minor, on vacation and needing to fly home. He was in their care while there and he was shot. Nobody there can even advise me if he can travel so now I have to try and figure out if I leave my teenage son there to risk being shot again or possibly flying and dying on a plane ride from his injuries that they couldn't fix in this facility. I am shocked that they referred me to calling a doctor in my state that didn't care for him instead of having me speak to someone there. Careless and I'm sure on a good malpractice list.

So after the situation which I was mad about and still don't understand I'm going to switch to 5 stars. Thank you for saving my son's life.
