I ordered this beautiful Byzantine 26 inch necklace for my husband as a Christmas gift and was everything I expected. Customer service was great and I received it in a timely manner. I must note that I did order it with enough time and when I initially purchased it online I waited a few days before I called and emailed to confirm my order to make sure they had received it. I Absolutely LOVE my earrings. They are sparkly AF , well made, and exactly as pictured. Super Fast Delivery, Good Price, and good communication. I recieved an email confirmation immediately after my order. Other jewelry companies do mot compare to the response time or professionalism of JFL.

Got exactly what I ordered and it shipped alot earlier than expected! I was skeptic on buying jewelry online but I’m completely satisfied and will be getting more from JFL! The picture doesn’t even do it justice..

I ordered a Rolex for my wife for Christmas and it was shipped extremely well packed and arrived in perfect condition. I corresponded with Faizan, who is a manager with JFL. I did my due diligence and checked out their online reviews and other things, such as their record with the BBB before I spent 10 grand on the watch. I am very impressed with the watch, which is a blinged out pre-owned model with a meteorite dial and 5 carats of diamonds added. I took it to my local E.D. Marshals jeweler in Scottsdale and when I took it out of the original box, she said “wow”. My wife is really happy with the watch.

This is not only been a great purchasing, returning, refunding, and communication process over an inter transaction, but honestly the best experience I think I may have every had as a consumer. Where I do start with JFL diamonds & timepieces, I was completely devastated when my deceased sister ring (birthstone) had falling out and disappeared, this ring hasn’t been taken off my Hand since she passed away 10 years ago. At a loss of words & and complete emotional wreck, I reached out to JFL diamonds & timepieces in desperate request to fix my sister's ring, they responded within an hour (on a Sunday), after sending pictures of the ring and the old stone, they assured me not to worry to send the ring in, first thing Monday morning and they would take care of it. They had my ring for a total of a week(this fell during a holiday)but during this week I received updates on my ring & Pictures of different types of birthstone (she was a December baby) that would be similar to what I had. Not only did they confirm when they received the ring but also confirmed that I received it back. Before finalizing everything, Pictures were provided for approval. I cannot stress to anyone reading this review the compassion and respect this company has for their customers. You have forever earned my business and trust.

I purchased a white gold diamond wedding band for my husband’s birthday/anniversary gift. I paid for expedited shipping. Received the band as promised within 2.5 days of ordering it. I must say that I was skeptical ordering such an item online, but I was so very pleased with the item when I opened it. The band is absolutely stunning! I had a cuban bracelet made locally in Florida and hated the box clasp, I am in the jewelry business and could not find a sleek lock from anyone except JFL Diamonds, they made me a 14K yellow gold 12mm sleek lock that I had installed and now my cuban bracelet is comfortable to wear and gorgeous!! The sleek lock is stong and secure. I cant thank you enough! Highly recommend!!

I recently purchased a Rolex and I was amazed at the quality of the watch. Given the fact that the price of the watch seemed to good be true and the fact that I was purchasing the watch online made me a bit skeptical. I immediately got the watch appraised after I received it and the appraisal was almost 3x what I paid. In fact, the jeweler that I took the watch to emphasized how impressed he was with the time piece.

5 star is an understatement. I have been collecting gold chains for years . JFL’s quality and pricing cannot be matched . I know gold in and out my best friends father has been my jeweler for over 15 years . I stopped using him when I found JFL. So pleas listen when I tell you that they are legitimate and reputable. I purchased a Diamond Bezel from JFL and I am extremely pleased with quality and the price. My original plan was to have my local watch repairman install the new Bezel. (I should have checked with him first). After a few day's passed and I was told that my local repair shop could not do the work. I, then sent my wife's Rolex & Bezel back to JFL Diamonds. In 4 days, Faizan installed a new Sapphire crystal & Bezel and returned the watch back to my wife. We could not be more pleased.

I was in a real jam because my wedding is Oct 15, 2020 & the ring I was going to buy with sold out at my local Macy's. I came across you guys on the internet & did a little research to make sure you all were on the up & up, & was very surprised at the quality of their ring once I got it in my hands. I just bought a gold bracelet from them and I am happy with my purchase. I was a little skeptical about buying anything from here because the prices are extremely too reasonable, I figured this was too good to be true. I decided to take a chance and made a purchase and I am glad that I did. This is a decent bracelet at a very, very good price. I will buy from here again.

We found JFL while searching and searching for wedding bands. We found some. The delivery was fast and efficient. I had an issue, through these trying times which added additional stress and pressure.
