these prices are easily the best of the area - similar to what you’d find online which is wild for a brick & mortar vape shop. super friendly too! they always offer to try to stock items if they’re missing something, down to making a note at the register to inform their owner. i’ll never go anywhere else again!

Joey and Jim are the best, the absolute best shop keepers. Kind and very professional.
The shop is always clean and in order.
If you cannot find what you're looking for Joey or Jim will do their best to get it for you.

Transitions vapor company has the best Customer Service I’ve ever seen. Everyone is so welcoming and patient If the employee Emory is there he will know almost all questions you have for him. Emory has great knowledge about vapor and is really nice to know what’s going on if your a beginner. Never had a feeling so good when I walk in and being greeted right away. I recommend Transitions vapor company if your looking for good prices and really good juices. There is a lot of selections for customers everything just gets better.

Jim and Joey are super nice and go out of their way for their customers! If they don’t have something they get it for you and even take requests on items. Absolutely the best customer service of anywhere and they are always taking care of their customers. Super friendly people and great deals!!

Jim and the staff are awesome. Each person is willing to always help. My husband had a tank that went bad and I didn't even have a receipt to show he bought it there. The owner gave me a brand new tank and even saved the juice that was in it for me. Out of all the vape shops I have been to, this one by far is the best and I will continue to shop there.

Emory was awesome! He allowed me to ask all my questions and helped me pick out some awesome juices!!! Definitely will continue to shop here. Finally found an awesome shop!!! :)

Jim is absolutely wonderful I am disabled and he delivers my Vape products to me whenever I need it! I do not know of any other place that would go to such amazing levels of customer service and Jim always does it with a smile! I truly wish there were more than five stars! I would give them a “10 out of 10” Jim truly deserves it!!!!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful, know exactly what they're talking about when it comes to their products, and even make unbiased recommendations without pumping up prices. The store itself always has a variety of products in stock and allow plenty of choices as well as opportunity for the customers to try certain products before buying.
I'd recommend this location to anyone even considering picking up a vape, or even those that already own one and are looking for more hardware or juice.

This place is AMAZING!!! The owners are very nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the products and are eager to help you with your vapping needs. The products are top quality products that stand up well over time. Prices are cheap compared to other Vapor stores in the area. I recently had a 13 hour back surgery and have been unable to leave my house due to the nature of the surgery so the owner knew about my surgery from previous conversations that I had with him and not only did he call me to check up on me, but he also brought me some bottles of juice and some coils to me that I was in desperate need of. I LOVE this place and the people that own it. All around a Wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone who vaps... not one thing negative that I can say about Transitions!!!

This is probably one of the only vape shops in Flowery Branch. I've used this vape shop for a couple years, since they open. Father and son on the shop and are usually staffing the store. They have a very nice selection of mods and coils and juices. They also have a seating area and a game area. It's always a couple friendly guys in there just hanging out. They take the time to explain everything you need! and if something fails or you have a problem they have no problem swapping it out. So I'd say it's great customer service and I'd recommend it anytime!
