The shoes and the service are absolutely fantastic, the shoes are high quality and the price is fair as well for this type of shoes. Highly recommended!

I was excited to get my unique shoes from this custom shoe store in a trendy location at Ponce City Market. The sales people were really nice in helping me place my order. It's right down the street from me, so I was glad to also have easy access to high end shoe care after my purchase. I had never spent so much on shoes in my life.
Four months later they are online only. I found this out when I needed some shoe care, gave them a call. I was told I had to find my own cobbler, ironically. For the price I paid I was expecting concierge care. Get something from Amazon for much cheaper.
