I spoke with the main office person who was warm and courteous. She was able to arrange for roof evaluation the following day. The technician arrived promptly and after examining the roof , he consulted his boss. He fixed the loose shingles for free. I am impressed and will be a customer for life. I know that I will be treated fairly, promptly and professionally.

Due to the recent heavy winds, one of our front shutters was shaken loose. Through a referral in our neighborhood I contacted Bullard Exteriors who responded the same day to schedule time to fix the issue. Within about a day after contact Robby and Nelly promptly showed up and quickly fixed the issue. I’ll definitely be referring them and utilizing their service in the future. Very professional team.

Bullard Exteriors did an amazing job installing new roof on my house. Bryan did a roof inspection, and helped make determination that I had a good case for a replacement claim from the recent storms. He was extremely professional, and always kept me in the loop. With these findings, I started a claim with my insurance and everything went well, at the meeting with the adjuster, where Bryan was also present. The whole team which includes Nelly, were simply amazing and took care of me from planning to the install day, and even post-install, that included some minor paint touch-ups to my exterior. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and great work.

Bullard Exteriors did a fantastic job replacing our roof! From start to finish, everything went great. Mark worked with us from the beginning, assessing and marking all the damage our original roof had sustained. He was on site to meet with our insurance adjuster and facilitated the claims process. The crew was very professional as well; they were on time and completed our roof in a day, making sure the site was left void of any debris. Me and my wife are young first time home owners, we didn't know much about the process or what to do ,but Bullard made the process easy. We had Bryan List as our rep and he was awesome and very responsive. He answered all my questions about my roof and was very knowledgeable. This is a great company that does excellent work. They replaced the concrete siding on my house damaged from a recent tropical storm. Devon Bullard is a very responsive owner. He was on site at my house within hours of the damage, way ahead of any other contractor and the insurance company. Mario's crew did a great job. After looking for estimates to have a portion of my roof replaced the choice was obvious. The customer service was past fantastic. The price was extremely reasonable. Bullard did a great job doing a full replacement of our gutters. They were extra diligent to make sure the pitch was ideal for water flow, the color matched, and any trouble spots were given extra attention. Caleb really took care of us and he was very responsive and clear in expectations. The process was extremely professional and felt high touch, but still like they cared. Had a couple big name companies come out and I felt like just another potential order number to them, but Caleb made sure we knew they were going to do everything needed to make it a great experience.

Shane Smith, the company rep for Bullard was quite knowledgeable about the products and roofing. He went on the roof to inspect and get a hands on view of what was really going on with it. He made some suggestions about various products and never used high pressure tactics. He was very friendly and professional. The crew doing the work got here a little earlier than projected and went to work immediately ripping off the old roof. When the new shingles arrived the work continued only stopping for lunch, which only lasted a half hour. They were neat, courteous, fast and efficient. We were very happy with the selection, the rep, and the crew. They constantly cleaned up so it didn't take long to leave once the work was completed. They constantly looked for nails also, which we were very glad of. I would suggest Bullard Exteriors to anyone.
