Shogun Japanese Steak House

Lava Volcano Roll was one of the best sushi I’ve had! The Gyoza was deep fried as Tempura and came with the sauce as well. Never had that before, but man was it good!!
The food from the Hibachi is so good as well. The decor is so beautiful and Asian inspired.
Can’t go wrong here!!

First time here and we all loved it. My two daughters and my husband ordered hibachi dinner and I ordered sushi. We got a good meal and it was fun and tasty. The staff is nice and they are quick to serve and cook. We will be back here soon and I totally recommend it.

Our dinner was one of best hibachi experiences we've had in a while-- the quality of food was fantastic, specifically the hibachi shrimp was one of the best I've ever had. Our server was super attentive and everyone was incredibly nice to talk to. Also, our bill for a dinner of 2 was less than $60, which for our portions and type of restaurant, is an incredible value.

Needless to say, I would rather go here over the other hibachi restaurants nearby.

This was my first time eating here.My boyfriend had been looking for it. He ate a one in Gastonia, NC. I step out of my shell and had salmon with the yum yum sauce OMG amazing!!! I was not disappointed. I am a food critic and for me not to have a complaint is awesome. We will be back!!!

Fast and friendly service!! A wonderful place to bring family and friends! We were seated promptly and service was just as fast.

We went to Shogun for my sons 20th Birthday last week. We were very pleased with the service, cleanliness and the ability to serve 12 of us. The two ladies that helped us were funny. This is our new Hibachi Spot.

It is always a pleasure when you get chef Simpson to serve you. While I like all of the chefs cooking styles, Simpson is always so good at making sure you get the exact experience you want. The food portions match the prices excellently, and all the waitresses are always sweet- no matter what your background or wealth look is, which is rare for a more “nice” restaurant. Absolutely love this place.

Just had an amazing dinner at Shogun and had to share the love! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a chill night out. The hibachi experience was a blast - those chefs really know how to put on a show! The food was top-notch, with the hibachi dishes being the stars of the show. I’ve gone to this shogun location multiple times in the past 9 years. SIMPSON the cook by far gave us the best show we have ever experienced here. Not only was the food full of flavor but he made us laugh the entire time.

We had a great evening celebrating my cousin's birthday. After visiting the Shogun in Buford a few years before, we weren't happy to hear the dinner plans as that location was an awful experience. This location makes it hard to believe that both locations share the same name! It was much cleaner and our service was phenomenal; we were in and out with ease. Our food was really good too and it came with ice cream! Only complaint I had was the exclusion of noodles.

Always have the best experience and Flowery Branch Shogun. Food is so good and the portions are huge. We can always count on a good meal here. Those that were mentioning that the tip is automatically added must have a different location. This location definitely allows you to tip however you would like. We eat here frequently and love it.

Favorite sushi place in town. The prices are good & the food is excellent. I love that they include, soup, salad, an app, and a little dessert with the hibachi dinner!

Lobster and Shrimp Hibachi was amazing. i recommend playboy roll sushi and Philadelphia roll. great services and clean
