Publix Pharmacy at Village Shops of Flowery Branch

I gave 2 Star‘s because I love Publix as a whole. This is the first time I have ever been in a Publix where I felt unwanted. I pride myself in shopping here because of the phenomenal service I have gotten from Georgia to Florida. While I was here, I waited patiently in line to order one of my favorite sandwiches. After I waited, two gentlemen behind me will call ahead of me. I said excuse me a few times to whereas the other employees looked around and they even noticing what happened. The people in line around me noticed as well and it was embarrassing. Both parties ignored. I have never had that happen, and I walked out immediately and went to another supermarket up the road where I Got the service that I’m used To.

Last Tuesday I was scrambling all over town for Tamiflu for my sick husband. With only 15 minutes before they closed, the sweetest man rushed and filled this for me with a smile! I’m done with CVS and Walgreens… Publix pharmacy holds themselves to a higher standard and deserves our business!

There is no comparison honestly! I switched from CVS after years and years of inventory issues for one of my maintenence meds and OMG the difference is night and day and has been consistently AMAZING every since I switched! Today, I had 3 Rx sent over due to me being sick, not only are they filling them so fast BUT they asked that I pay online and then call when I get there and they'll bring it out to me so that I don't have to 1. Even stand up cuz I feel horrible and 2.expose others to my germs (although I always mask up). Its nice to have the extra separation between my germs and a large crowds germs!
If you're even thinking about switching, just do it and I promise you'll never get anxious about getting your meds again. Kudos Publix and thank you!

I go out of my way to shop here.
One to avoid kroger, and two because the selection is better than the golden village publix which is the closest to me. Having the separate greenwise market and expanded meat and seafood dept are the key reasons. I was also glad when they brought in the guy from the hamilton mill publix to run the deli. It seems like he runs a tight ship and he has special ordered things for me in the past. You know someone takes their job seriously when they wear a hair net and there isn't a single hair on their head.
I like the layout of this store too. My only complaint about this store is the massive hoards of people that shop here, especially during the summer. You have to get there first thing in the morning to avoid the crowd. Wait until evening and a lot of stuff is gone by then. They do a pretty good job of managing the crowd and open more registers when they can so you don't have to wait in line.

All in all comfortable, clean and courteous. The selection is not as good as kroger but the prices are better. No stupid cards to scan and buy 1 get 1 deals all the time.

Publix Pharmacy has been there for me when the CVS Pharmacy hasn't, I can remember just getting out of the hospital from major surgery and CVS Pharmacy couldn't fill my prescriptions so we went across street to the Publix Pharmacy and they not only filled my prescriptions but it was cheaper as well. The service is great, the staff is awesome so I do recommend Publix Pharmacy.

Terrific staff at this pharmacy. They are very customer service oriented and pleasant to deal with. They also go above and beyond to assist customers. Love the convenience as well.

Visited Publix Tuesday to pick up a Birthday cake. I only needed a small one and found just l wanted a nice little round vanilla cake with butterscotch icing yum! I must say the cake was a hit.
Publix bakery makes possibly the best sheet cakes and of course my little round cake. They don't make an overly sweet cake that the taste stays in your mouth but a nice well balanced cake that tastes great. I would not hesitate to recommend a Publix product to anyone, so stop by and get something good.
