This is hands down the best pharmacy in both Georgia. The owner and manager Taylor are fantastic at what they do and go far above and beyond to help in any way they can! They handled a medication issue for me and had it fixed before I could even try to fix it myself! The selection of products in the store are great but the customer service is the best Iv seen and they treat everyone like family! They have a customer for life.

My mother in law uses this pharmacy and they go out of their way to make her feel welcome. Taylor specifically always helps answer her questions and goes above and beyond. She loves the small town feel of knowing her by name and she couldn't be happier with all of their expert advise. She raves about Taylor on a regular basis. Thank you for always making her smile.

The best Pharmacy I have ever been a part of guys. I simply use text message and the communication for my medication is the best I have ever seen. I recently had a back surgery with all kinds of medications being prescribed. I was not able to communicate but my wife used the cell message service and all medications were delivered daily!! Text and delivery service is unheard of with any pharmacy I know of. Do not hesitate and get on-board with Citizen's Pharmacy.

First time with this pharmacy and the customer service took me back to a time where filling a prescription was a friendly interaction with helpful people who take pride in their work and are happy to be there. I’ve been going to mainstream pharmacies for so many years that I didn’t even notice I had become accustomed to the tense and boarder line hostile normality of dropping off and picking up a prescription. That was until I visited this new pharmacy. When you call, you are always greeted with a friendly staff member. My prescription was filled in minutes and the pharmacist even popped out just to thank me for my business! The staff was cheerful and the list goes on with great compliments! I had a cold and was completely under the weather and still left with a smile. Thank you Citizens Pharmacy! I am so happy I no longer have to dread going to get a prescription filled and definitely have found my new go to Pharmacy!

Taylor is the best pharmacist ever! Every time I come inside the pharmacy, the entire staff welcomes me in as if I never left! Taylor has helped me immensely with his knowledgeable tips to make sure I am always on the right path. I used CVS, Walgreeens, and every big pharmacy you can think of - nothing compares to citizens. Customer service is so important and I have never seen a pharmacy, let alone a business take it as serious as Citizens and Taylor does. I could not say enough good things! Make the right choice like I did and put your trust in people who actually want to help!!

When I was here the other day the customer service was impeccable! I will most definitely be directing all future medications to this particular pharmacy. Thank you Citizens Pharmacy and Taylor for getting me all squared away! I will definitely be seeing yall in the future.

I'd refer this Pharmacy to anyone in the area or who drives by. I've primarily spoken with Taylor, and he always sets realistic expectations surrounding pick up times and goes out of his way to get and know his customers. Thanks again for the help!

Citizens has been my go to pharmacy for the last 8 years and they have always been professional . Courtesy excellent customer service . And great to deal with .

We moved to the Flowery Branch area from Habersham County 3 years ago, I was in need of a local pharmacy and we chose Citizens pharmacy due to recommendations from friends. They were right! I absolutely love Citizens! I get the most professional service and everyone there is very helpful and answers any questions I may have. They are highly knowledgeable and friendly, but most of all they treat me like family. One of the pharmacists, Taylor, was very patient with me today when I had questions about the price of my medication. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE AT CITIZENS PHARMACY!

I had used the Publix pharmacy for many years however two of my doctors, Dr Ona and my Heart Doctor Whitey both had recommended Citizens Pharmacy, respecting both doctors a few months back I decided to give Citizens a try. From the second I walked through the door it was like stepping back in time with a modern touch. The only thing missing was a lunch counter/ soda fountain. The level of personal service from the owner and Taylor plus the entire staff was amazing. Going back every month and everyone getting to know me that level of service has grown even higher. Nothing like Publix, although Publix got the job done there were often snags. Not so at Citizens, it's always smooth sailing with no last minute "well we are still working on your RX". It's done right on time every time.

The young lady Ashley Brown, She has been the most helpful and dedicated to helping me and other customers. She always has a smile and a great attitude! Every time I come here I look forward to her helping me. Thank you for your kind hospitality. Never using another pharmacy!

Got my COVID vaccine here and the process from scheduling an appointment to getting the vaccine was very efficient. The staff was friendly, helpful, and able to answer all questions I asked! Thank you Citizens Pharmacy for serving the community and doing it with great customer service!

Blown away by the level of service + speed of this amazing and local pharmacy. My OBGYN sent in a request for a Breastpump. By the end of the day I already had a text + email with next steps on how to order. I was in disbelief when within 24 hours from me making my selection it was ordered and delivered to my home. Melissa Smith was such a breeze to work with, too. 10/10 recommend

The absolute best customer service! I ordered (through insurance) a breast pump and they were the only provider within 50 miles. Melissa made it so incredibly easy and stress free for me; as a pregnant mother I could NOT have been more thankful for such a smooth transaction! I have been a customer for 35+years. This is the best pharmacy in Ga! They have started delivering. (I had a sick baby) They counsel if you have any questions
They are local for our little community. We have alto of locals that are elderly and they carry walkers canes chairs braces(for every part of your body almost) and diabetic shoes. If its not there it can be ordered!! Great service!!

Every time I walk into Citizen's Pharmacy they know ME, they know my family. They had a whatever it takes to get the job done attitude. They brought medications to the cars, delivered medications to houses and installed a drive up window that wasn't there before. When Covid restrictions started to lift his staff stayed late to wipe down all the high touch surfaces in their store. When I have questions about a medication or a side effect from a medication they take the time to explain everything to help ease my mind. Citizen's Pharmacy is the very definition of a Good Neighbor Pharmacy they are commitment to providing personalized care to their patients far beyond simply filling prescriptions.

I have become a forever customer. The customer service here is top notch and that is important to me, especially since I have to rely on my pharmacy to provide medications I take daily.
I switched pharmacies a few months back because I was fed up with how other pharmacies were treating me, like I was imposing on their time asking questions and expressing concerns about constant policy changes.
I've been treated with respect and compassion here. Something I appreciate having worked as a nurse for over 10 years, with a bit of pharmacology knowledge. When I have questions, it is important to know I can trust the person I'm asking, to answer them honestly and respectfully.
