Comfort Inn & Suites Northern Kentucky

Was a very convenient location for where I needed to be. Room was very clean and well kept as were the common areas. Some rooms have jacuzzi tubs which is a nice touch. I didn't try the pool so I can't speak for that. Plenty of free parking and breakfast is included. Front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating.

This was the cheapest hotel in the area so we certainly didn't expect the best but we were pleasantly surprised!! Front desk service was helpful and kind, room was clean upon my inspection, beds were comfy, nice spacious bathroom with a hot shower. Breakfast offered was pretty decent with different options each day. I was even given the option of what floor I wanted which I've never had done before at a hotel. We could see our vehicle at all times from the window which is comforting. The only complaint I could possibly think of, is the indoor pool really wasn't warm enough to swim comfortably in. This hotel is Within walking distance of a movie theater, a few good restaurants (including Mellow Mushroom which we were thrilled about since the one in our hometown shut down!) I will definitely come stay here if I ever need to visit this area again.

Super clean!!! Really nice hot breakfast & the lady running the breakfast is awesome! Front desk guys at night told us it was continental but to my surprise it was hot breakfast, not continental. They should know the difference but either way we were very happy with our experience from check-in to check-out.

First time staying here, and my family and I very enjoyed our stay. The rooms where very clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. If we come through town again for a trip. We will be staying here

Very surprised by this hotel. Affordable and clean. The breakfast was as expected, but that's just a bonus. Staff was super friendly as well. Only small issue I had was that I booked and payed online months ago, but when I got to the hotel, they asked me for payment as well. A simple mistake by the friendly staff member, but make sure you double check if you paid when you made your reservation so you don't get double charged.

Room was what you'd expect from any of the chains. That being said, friendly welcome check in, clean room, way comfy and huge bed
In town for a Reds ballgame and didn't mind being a little bit further from the hotels close to the stadium, and all the bustle of downtown. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

The rooms were comfy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was small but nice, and it was nice having access to laundry machines.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was very well maintained. Check in was fast and very friendly. Had no problem obtaining towels. Overall experience was excellent. Would recommend staying there to everyone.

Absolutely bar far the best family vacation hotel we have ever used! From the staff to the room to the pool to the breakfast was all amazing. We really enjoyed the quietness of the location, but with options for dinner, a movie, & dessert too! All other hotels will now have a really high bar to live up to in my book.

We made a last-minute reservation for the last family suite they had available and we're so glad we did. Had to drive about 5 miles out of the way off of I-75 to get to this location but it was close enough to make the effort worth it. Clean beds, clean rooms, great front-desk service (we forgot to pack a wall charger for our phones and we're able to borrow one from the front desk). Hot breakfast, pool and a workout room makes it perfect for the family. But what we appreciated most was the fact that we could stay in a family suite with 2 rooms: one with a king, the other with 2 queens. Traveling with 2 older teenage boys means they don't want to share a bed anymore (brother cooties). Thank you, Comfort Inn, for the great night of sleep! 🙂

First time here at the Comfort inn. Easy booking online. The front desk staff was super and very. The room was super clean and quiet. The morning breakfast bar was outstanding. Highly recommend the king suite. There is a movie theater and a few places to eat within walking distance.

Excellent experience.
My rooms deadbolt was not working so I called downstairs to get a new room. There was a double Queen available. I took it and slept well. When I saw my folio bill, there was a discount on it! Great stay! Really appreciate it!

A week ago. My wife and I stayed here and we loved it. Close to a lot. The pool was a little chilly, but other than that we had fun.

I did not get any photos of the hotel but it was very nice and very clean. We got a whirlpool suite for 3 nights and it was a dream. Our only issue was that the AC in the room was not great and the jets on the tub were only active a short while. The beds were comfortable; it was in a great location outside of city traffic; it was beside a movie theatre and several food places for ease of access; the breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. I would stay here again if I did another trip to Cincinnati.

I was totally exhausted & new I couldn't drive anymore. I walked in & was greeted by a wonderful gentleman, Talon. He said he had one room left & naturally I took it. It was around 330 am this was taking place. Talon, was nice enough when I asked what time check out was - he put me down for 1 p.m. I guess he saw how exhausted I was. I joked with him & asked if he had a fan in the back as I always sleep with one on. By dag gone he did!!! I did think the room was a bit pricey @$154. Plus tax. Then again I did come in at 330 am & was very lucky they had a room. I have been in customer service just about all my life. Talon's customer service skills were first glass. Very polite young man!!

Great simple hotel. It was clean and tidy. Breakfast area was roomy. Service was friendly and accommodating for our group. Note: our group was 25 high school kids. I'd recommend the hotel.

We drove down to go to the aquarium and the zoo. This hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway with the kids. The hotel was super clean, our room was super clean. The girls at the front desk were so nice. We were able to check in an hour early and got a spot at the pool soon after. The girl at the front desk if no one was in the pool after our hour time was up would could extend, we had the whole pool to ourselves witch was great because we have two young kids. The only thing we noticed were little black ants on one of the nightstands in the bedroom, nothing to big and they didn’t bother us. we did let the front desk know when we checked out. Other than that our stay was great. I was also very surprised that I couldn’t hear anything at night usually you can hear people walking down the halls and talking but I heard nothing. This hotel is also very convenient to dining options we did end up walking over to mellow mushroom to get food which was nice because after being in the car for almost 4 hours we wanted to avoid having to get the kids back in the car to drive somewhere for food. If every in the area again we will stay here.

Very nice people very nice rooms very clean and very accommodating I have been having so much fun here that I went from 3 days to extending it 27 days because I'm having such a good time the staff is excellent they're all of them are beautiful people nice week friendly people so to all of the people that are reading this go to this hotel because it's the place believe me when I say you will enjoy your experience it's very relaxing I would give it 10 Stars if I could but they only allow you five so bravo to all of you and I will be sad when I leave but I can't wait to come back and visit again. I also want to mention that there is a theater next door and lots of restaurants that you can walk to where you won't even have to get in your car because everything is that it's a very accommodating section of Wilder Kentucky
