In late February or early March, the pharmacist actually laughed at me on the phone. If you get any narcotics from here, count them before you leave. They run the medication through and if Ins. does not pay, they just charge you. Oh, they Federally do have to take a lunch break...but do the really have to go to lunch at the same exact time and close the pharmacy???

Lauren was very helpful in getting my prescription approved by my insurance. It took her three days and several phone calls but she is so nice, you can't help but look forward to hearing from her.

I wasn't exactly thrilled about driving over an hour just to get a COVID test, but the attitude of the young woman administering the test really turned my day around! She was really friendly and actually made the whole thing kind of fun!

Went through the drive-thru for a COVID-19 test. They give you the swab and solution to get the sample yourself without leaving the car. You then sanitize a drop box and drop your sample in yourself. The associate walked me through all the steps and was very patient and helpful. The process itself took less than 5 minutes. I look forward to getting my results. Thanks for making this easy.

I Love this pharmacy. I Was previously at Kroger and they suck. Love the discounts here. Staff is very helpful and kind. Why didn't I switch sooner??

Very Friendly staff. Even told me the expiration on the baby formula I bought while ringing it up. Edit - you know it’s an amazing place when you go to leave a review and see you left a 5 star in a previous year! Still the same amazing customer service and clean store.

My mom takes a lot of medicines and sometimes gets a bit confused and Lauren, Vickie and Stephen are always so patient with her. They really always take the extra step to make sure everything is understood.

Don't Go any where else

CVS is one of cleanest stores in Lationia the staff is always there with a helping hand

CVS/PHARMACY
is a great store to shop at. There's a bunch of products that you can buy there that you can't always find at other stores.
Plus not only can you get your prescriptions but also get pictures developed to.

The pharmacy gets 4 stars but the racial profiliing that is immediately spotted when you a person of color enters the store is very noticeable. Stop it everyone is not a stealing if the store needs security then it should utilized for all customers.

Great most of the time. But, when you call to ask what refills you have available, and you're told to check the bottles yourself...you get 2 stars

Giving a star because giving zero starts is not an option. Switching pharmacies today. Beyond fed up with the drive NEVER open. Always short staffed. Medicine never ready on time. The line inside the store is ALWAYS long. With having small children, waiting in line for 30+ minutes is not an option. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE PHARMACY. I'm sure this store is going under too, just like all the other CVS. Horrible.
