La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Walker - Denham Springs

This hotel is a great stop. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is very courteous. Shout out to Brittney at the front desk. She is courteous, has a beautiful smile and very efficient. The room was comfortable, the bathroom clean and plenty of amenities. Thank you for a great stay!

The location was convenient. Plenty of parking. The hospitality and customer service is excellent. 1 elevator. Very clean. The room we stayed in was comfortable. Breakfast was a nice touch. The room was a little worn, but overall they get a 5 out of 5.

The room and bathroom were very clean. 2 little points i was not pleased with: 1/ the bed is so high. I am now 5'5"and could not sit on the side of the bed 2/ no bed-rug and this laminate floor was frigid. THE STAFF WAS THE NICEST I MET in a long time.
The breakfast station was well supplied and very clean. and my dog was welcome

I was a bit skeptical to book at first because of past experiences when booking an inexpensive hotel, but after reading a few reviews I decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. First of all this was something last minute and we didn't check in till after 11pm and the attendant was so pleasant and polite. Very quick check in. The room was fresh and clean and cool. We slept very well.Then we came down for breakfast the next morning and it was really nice, from waffles, eggs,sausage, fresh bagels and cereal and yogurt. I most definitely recommend. One of the more nicer hotels we have stayed in.

This experience has been mind-blowing & it has superseded my expectations! So happy & well pleased with this hotel! It couldn’t have been better! The workers/staff are truly the sweetest, the greatest, & the best! I love this hotel like you wouldn’t believe!

Everything about this stay was nice. I am always a bit hesitant when I book an inexpensive room right off the interstate, but this was was very clean and the room was spacious. I had to make a change to my reservation, moving my stay up a day, and was able to do so without any problem or change in price. I was also glad to see a hot breakfast that included scrambled eggs and sausage. It was very convenient, just a block off of IH10, and there were a number of restaurants nearby. I will definitely remember this hotel when I'm looking for a place to stay next time.

Have stayed here multiple times. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Reasonable rates and no charge for our small dog. Always call this site direct, don't book thru
La Quinta or other reservation service. These services quoted us a higher rate and a pet fee.

The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was both clean and comfortable. However, there was some ongoing unfinished work in the bathroom, which was quite unsightly. The black mold on the sheetrock should be addressed with necessary repairs and painting. Additionally, having a designated surface for toiletries in the bathroom, rather than just the handicap shower chair, would have been a welcomed addition. Despite these issues, it did serve its intended purpose.
The breakfast bar was sufficient, but it lacked an efficient layout for items. Guests were frequently searching for items that should have been organized in a more coherent manner for easier access.

We frequent a lot of La Quinta’s because of their pet policy. This is by far the nicest La Quinta we’ve stayed in out of the 20+ across America. Rooms were clean, the bathrooms had granite countertops with an electric anti fogging mirror. Everything felt top notch. Wyndham needs to use this establishment as the standard for all other La Quinta's. Book it. You’ll be surprised.

Strongly recommend for service members, provides military discount, comes with breakfast( real scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, coffee, juice, cereal, milk, fruits) Right next to highway, well lit, receptionist was nice, safe to park, near gas station and various foods around. Got double queen sized room to myself, pretty quiet at night, you’ll find 3 cats as well for the cat lovers out there, pets are allowed

Friendly, clean, and pleasant experience in every way! I stayed once and returned a month later because it was so warm and welcoming and safe.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The rooms are amazing, the beds are big and comfortable. You can tell this hotel is ran the correct way and they everyone here takes pride in their work. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everyone at this location is so nice. Only one tiny problem. My room on my return visit needs a new toilet seat. Minor issue that I forgot to mention on my way out; otherwise, everything was great!

This was an excellent hotel, looked like it had been recently remodeled. Clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast. This is a good deal.

Hotel is clean and definitely meet expectations. This is my second stay and they were both great!

The visit was absolutely wonderful! All the staff are so very kind and thoughtful. I had occasion to be in the lobby during the after-breakfast clean-up and couldn't help overhearing them as they interacted. They worked together well and cooperatively. At one point one even volunteered to mop the floor to give help to another.

My wife and I are elderly and disabled, but for some reason they could not provide a handicap accessible room the first night. The next day they provided for us without complaint. The breakfast was good.

I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was great,bed was to soft for my mom and me(no support for back problems). The staff was excellent,friendly,knowledgeable and very helpful..Margo checked us in and out. She was awesome. Store and food rite in front of hotel. Pool was very clean and very nice. Service was second to none. Will stay there everytime we go to Baton Rouge.

The room was large and clean. Loved no carpet! Shower was powerful and nice and hot. Nice large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Very pet friendly and plenty of poop bags!! We will stay here again on our trips to Florida.

We stayed at the La Quinta for 5 days. We interacted with the staff at various times of the day and they were all amazing. Super friendly, very helpful, and always smiling. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. And for the price, I was surprised to have hot eggs and sausage every morning. My only complaint about the hotel is the parking lot design and the design of driving entrance to the hotel. Cars were allowed to park under the cover and it made it challenging to load/unload our car. However, everything else was so amazing, I can overlook the parking design.
