I’m am new to the Clayton area and just getting acquainted with some of my go-to places and I’ve never had anything but great customer service and generosity from various O’Reilly across the United States but this specific Clayton location tops them all by far! The staff goes absolutely above & beyond across the board! Not only are they kind, very welcoming, and super friendly and honest, they will go the allowed extent to do whatever it is to meet your needs and help in any way form or fashion!!! Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your great service wish there were several others just like y’all!!!

Greg and Amanda were very helpful when my car had an oil problem and engine knock censor issue. Unfortunately, it died up the road and had to be towed. But they were really helpful hooking up the diagnostics and seeing what else is wrong. Turns out, Kia is having issues countrywide

My battery had gone bad and this store was just down the road. In a matter of 30 minutes I was able to purchase a battery and have it installed and I was on my way. The installer was was woman and she didn't hesitate to installed the battery outside in the rain.. kudos to you.. Great service I was really pleased.

Cody is by far the best one there anymore. Smart dude! Not putting down the others but This guy knows his stuff and is willing to help you when needed. That man needs to run that place!

The sales person helped me to make a decision to break off the older lug nuts on my car wheels and start over by putting new ones on. This was an older car, and when I had to replace a tire lately, no one could find anything that would fit the lug nuts to take the tire off. So, they had to break the tire lugs off. Now, I am breaking off all of the tire lug nuts and replacing them with new ones.

I got to say this in witness this in first hand I went there Sunday to get gear oil the big husky manager unknown man light brown hair mess looking was such a gentle and sweet man he seen me help this couple with kids trying to get there car fixing after waiting for a mechanic for 6 hours no show and that manager help this family with a battery and so other parts what a man he was I got to say I am so HAPPY and thought this guy deserves more then this he needs to be Top dog prayers to him.

Tyler the manager at the store was extremely helpful in putting in a new battery for our vehicle highly recommend their place of business.

Greatly appreciate their help this morning, went above and beyond and helped me replace my battery. I was out of town and my battery was dead when I went to leave the hotel. Got a jump and made it to O'Reilly's! Thank you!

Got a good battery, installed for a good price. And he fixed my fan guard while he was doing the battery. I was out of there in no time.

Never been to O'Reilly's before I need a part for my car and it was available the service is great the attitude is awesome and pleasant and I never knew the service is available for your car if need glad to know the price is awesome
