The two men that worked with me at the Verison in Clayton were absolutely superb. I walked in and barely waited and once the other customer left there was full attention on my needs. They were friendly and kept great lighthearted conversation as well as helping me find the best fit. They directed me to all of the best deals and discounts that version had to offer which was amazing. All my wants and needs were thoroughly discussed and I left with a smile on my face and a wonderful new phone and everything that comes needed with it. Will 100% be returning for any needs that I have!

I was new to the area and was told by my new neighbors that Verizon was the only service provider that worked up on the mountain where I am now residing. It was true. I had absolutely no signal. I was still locked into a contract on my iPhone to a different provider for another month. I got a free Android phone with a pre-paid Verizon plan before I moved up here, but still continued to have only intermittent service. Zach worked with me on multiple occasions until we were finally successful in getting my iPhone unlocked. I now have a newer iPhone with a Verizon plan and have had no further problems with service. It is such a relief! Thank you Zach for your patience and for all your help. It was very much appreciated.

Manger was amazing got us set up with devices we wanted and knrw the ends and outs and got us new devices we didn’t even know we wanted and on a good deal…. Seen him work with several other customers while we was there and he was great with them as well! Very helpful!

Nikky has the worst customer service I've ever seen! She's nice when you wanna buy something but rude when you have questions!

Came and spoke to a young man who told me about all the new promos. Came back with my Wife and spoke to Nikky who originally was very fun to work with. She promised she'd move everything over which was a lie. My pictures never transferred and despite me asking her not to erase my old phone she did it anyways. Spoke to her afterwards to figure out what to do and she was very rude and full of attitude. Thankfully the young man helped me get my pictures back from the internet

Maddy said I had a virus on my phone. It took her several minutes but eventually she was able to identify what the virus was and eliminated also she was very personable give her my highest rating

Tyler, the manager, was OUTSTANDING. This guy not only knew his stuff but was extremely patient and polite…kindly walked me to the door and held it open as I left. A southern gentleman for sure. I will definitely be back and will recommend him to all of my friends and family.

I visited the Verizon Store in Clayton, GA on December 20th. The store was busy. Both of the Verizon representatives were busy. I waited while they took care of their respective customer. Both were polite knowledgeable and professional. When it was my turn, Erica handled my problem quickly efficiently and with the above mentioned qualities. I have been a Verizon customer for many years. I have only recently started doing business with the Clayton, GA location. I have been very impressed by the service at this location and would highly recommend it .

Yean did a great job for me. I was changing from Apple to an android and was very anxious that I would spend a lot of time (maybe weeks) downloading, installing and setting up all my apps, links, calendar, etc. Yean did it all for me in a couple of hours and I walked oit of the store with a fully functional new phone with all apps working great!
