Dustin was very nice. Nicest we've had in a while here in lumber. He helped my son and husband load 20 80lbs bags of concrete with no problem. Will look for him next time we're here lol. Thanks Dustin even for the info you gave us that no one else gave. Good looking out buddy!!!!!

Chris in the kitchen area is an awesome dude. He made me feel welcome and comfortable with my purchase of a Samsung fridge. 1st fridge I've ever bought new and at 55 years old. Super guy deserves a BIG FAT raise.

I've used this Lowe's on and off for 16 years and never had a bad experience. Most recently I've had need to go in quite a few times due to updating my home and making repairs. I've always found the people here to be friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way to provide you with a positive service.

I just want to bring to recognition an employee at the Waycross location in hopes of him being rewarded and recognized! A young man named Lloyd provided me exceptional customer service! The most kind, patient and helpful person ever. We came in with little knowledge on the project we wanted to tackle but ran into Lloyd (who stopped what he was doing to help) and left with more knowledge, a smile and peace about what we are trying to accomplish! Lloyd walked us through the things we needed to start a raised bed garden and showed us some things we may need in the long run too! He was thoughtful about our finances and was very strategic on helping us build our vision. Due to his kindness, understanding and knowledge that he shared we left feeling extremely blessed to have crossed his path. If you run into Lloyd please show him some extra love and respect, just like he did with us! He surely deserves it. And at check out a lady named Rebecca showed the same kind of friendliness and patience. Very grateful for the smiles and help these two employees offered. This seriously was the best Lowe’s experience I’ve ever had. We need more Lloyds and Rebecca’s in the world! I pray this review finds them and that their employer feels just as blessed to have them on their team! God bless you both and thank you!

I went late at night right before closing was able to find my stuff easily and there was no lines at the cash register I was in and out in a flash

My husband went to Lowe's to get something for his bathroom shower head and ended up in the garden section outside. I was on my way home from Walmart but ended up doing a u-turn to go to Lowe's because the husband was looking at fruit trees and roses. We ended up with 3 coral roses, 2 GORGEOUS yellow roses, and 5 fruit trees. I've been looking for yellow roses for years, so I was pretty excited about finding these - the only problem was they were way over my head on a movable shelf. The employee I got to help me was very nice but barely able to get a couple of the roses down for me to look at. So handy to have a tall husband! Anyway, the prices were great and we ended going back the next day for more. Definitely recommend!

Had to stop in and pick up some C clamps for the camper shell we purchased this weekend. Store was very clean and the team was very helpful finding our items so we could get in and out quickly and back on the road.

I ordered online, and picked up everything the next day. Everyone in this store is very helpful.
They do have a good deal on poinsettias right now. A large pot for $5, which is larger than Walmart's for the same price.
They also have live Xmas trees inside the garden shop, along with other holiday plants like potted Rosemary & potted Norfolk Island Pines.
I posted a photo of the Rosemary. It came in the pot labeled Herbs. Cute as can be in the kitchen!

Went to Lowes to get a new battery for one of my taxicabs. The service was friendly and very helpful 🙂 😀. I always enjoy the Lowes experience.

I was in your Lowe’s in Waycross Ga, I was having a hard time locating what I needed when a guy named Joel appeared and was very helpful and when you didn’t carry the color I needed he went online and told me where I could find it. Joel has very good customer service and I just want to say thank you and let you know you have people like him working for you. I was buying things for the Zaxbys in front of you for repairs and thanks to him for all his help for I know little about repairing anything. Great job and very happy customer.

we spend a lot of time at lowes,tried home depot but always came back to lowes. keep up the good work . you try but you'll never please everyone.

I visited the Waycross store last Saturday. Despite the heat and humidity, I had a pleasant experience. Three different associates asked if I was finding everything I needed as I shopped. The store appeared clean and well organized. My disappointment presented itself during checkout. The cashier was professional, efficient, and polite. The problem was I had a few plants from the clearance section, about $25 out of my 200-dollar purchase. This required a manager override. The manager was paged, and we waited (3 customers behind me). I didn't stay long, but did I mention the heat? If I was purchasing a refrigerator, sure, but a plant? Surely, analytics can discern and discover if inappropriate discounts are coming from your inventory. Trust your workforce. If they are working in the heat, in this economy, it's clear they value their employment.

Love Lowe's good people helping us all through. We had paint mixed, bought a really expensive ladder, a toolbox, and we'll you get the picture. Left there paying $400 so we always have a good time there!!!!

Best home improvement place to go for all of your needs. Although we do most every project by ourselves, we have had several deliveries and installs. Never a problem. Always professionally provided, on time, excellent workmanship with quality products & best prices by far. We don't even look at the other companies for comparison anymore. They just aren't even in the competition for our needs. Thanks Lowe's for the great service!

I had ask Karen for help and as she was helping me another employee Donna saw her helping me and asked if she could help and together they did so Karen also answered some questions and Donna should me a kit that had everything I need this the best teamwork I have seen in awhile.
