North Park

My dogs have always loved going there. My dog that passed away the albino Everytime we would drive down the road or close to it he would get so excited like he knew we were closer then I'd we passed it he would be so sad. But I recommend anyone taking there pets to it there but shoot to do it there but plenty room to run and play ball and stuff and he was a runner, he was my special baby I had him since he was 3 weeks old he would talk and say momma, love you but kidding he was awesome and he crawled in my arms and said I wove you momma it heavy allot to me i miss him thank gosh my other babies are there for me but they all have their own personality. Plz take your drugs to North Park or some place like that where they can just play and run. Ty for giving be the time to tell you my story some.

One of the best parks around even surrounding parishes. Has very nice pool l, splash pad area with slides, a lazy river , shallow pool. No water is over 3 and a half feet tall, its fenced in with one entrance and they have life guards on duty. It cost about $10 to get into the pool area but its worth it if you bring your own drinks n food because the prices for concessions is insane. The park is absolutely huge that is 1 small area of it, they have of course normal huge playground pool n the other side of park along with fields for sports, activity buildings etc. I really like this park especially the swimming area. It's super fun for the kids and adults I advise going here it really is worth it.

Have had so many great experiences here that I've lost count. My favorite spot is the fountain and benches surrounding it. Playground is fun for the kids too!

Very niiiiiceeee park! We just moved last week and discovered this nice park. It's super clean! They have several sections. They have toddler area with short slides, small swings and they have big kids area with monkey bars, longer slides, big swings etc. They also have lots of trees which is nice during summer. While the kids playing, parents can jog or do done work out. Just don't forget to bring snacks and water because kids gonna love it and you gonna be there for awhile.

Large park with lots of room. When I went they had a farmers market going on which was great!

We love Pards. They do provide a better youth experience for sports than a lot of other organizations around BR and where I grew up. Not everything is perfect, but overall, it runs exactly how it should or how you'd expect.

Went to the craft fair last Saturday at North Park, they had everything and it was reasonably priced. A lot of people don't want to pay for crafts because they do not know how much time it takes to make them much less the cost of materials. Some crafters want to charge outrageous prices, I can say considering the work and materials these crafters were being very fair with their prices. Go out and support them. The 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month. Buy Christmas early this year. I am not a member of the group nor do I know anyone personally in it. Gloria

Everytime I come here I have a good experience. The water park is very nice for the price my kids love it. The best splash park i have seen yet. Lifegaurds posted all around do a good job most of the time. Friendly staff. Clean place. Bathroom/changing room could use an update. We went to the park part for and event it was set up nice. Plenty of trash bins available and well lit.

We went to the water park on opening day for the season. It was packed lots of happy faces. Very fun small water park. Perfect for babies and young children as well as a large slide for adults or older kids. They have life vest, food concession, changing rooms, tables and tents to sit under, lots of lounge chairs.

My family and I truly enjoy the PARDS sports facilities. Great experience

Fun park to go to with the kids and family. If you go at the right time it could be just you you're family and 1 or 2 other people and it's perfect not crowded at all.

I know this is off topic but I installed irrigation for 10 years and all I have to say is the irrigation at this location who ever installed it were professional. Of course I can only see what's above ground, lol. The one time I was there early I saw it running and wad amazed. Every head in every zone had good pressure and the pressure was uniformed.

We went for the craft fair that was going on in Northport. It was very nice lots of vendors. Santa Claus and the Grinch were there to take pictures with. This is a very nice big park.

North Park is our go-to park. It's clean, close to home, the playground/ children's equipment is well kept and there are lots of green areas for the kids to roam free. Dogs are not allowed so you don't have to worry about your little ones stepping into dog poop. A great part of the playground is covered in sand so we bring shovels and sand toys. It's hours of fun for our little girls! They also have roofed picnic tables. People host bday parties but they have to be reserved ahead of time..

Park and restrooms are well maintained.
